My hot water tank quit. I called one company who said they'd be there the next day, they didn't show. I phoned them and asked them when they were coming they said it would probably be another 2 or 3 days before they can get over to fix it. I then called dart heating, within 2 hours they had my hot water tank working again. They were very professional and did an excellent job, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be a return customer.

Last Friday, we woke up to no heat in our home. It was -20 C outside. We called Brian at Dart Heating and he arrived at our home within 2 hours. He assessed the problem and after some discussion we decided to replace our furnace which he indicated he was able to do the next day (Saturday). Brian quoted a very reasonable and competitive price, contacted his office to ensure he had the technicians to install and the parts necessary. He also arranged for a number of heaters to help keep our place warm until the new furnace was installed. The heaters arrived within an hour after his call.Brian and his team arrived at 8:30am on Saturday. Not only did they have our furnace installed within 3 hours, they cleaned up afterwards (you would never have known they were here).It was a pleasure to work with Dart Heating. Their knowledge and professionalism resolved a big problem quickly and also provided us with peace of mind. This is the second time we have used Dart Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you to you Brian and to your amazing team.

Wonderful! Customer service is great! Jeremy did a wonderful professional installation of a part on our AC unit. Other companies only quoted us on expensive new units, Dart fix our AC unit. Within 2 days of a service call we had it fixed. Will definitely go with Dart if we ever need service again or new AC unit. Thanks!

We have used DART Heating and Air Conditioning for multiple services. To date, they have installed a new Keeprite air conditioner, fixed an outdoor fireplace that wasn't lighting properly, hooked up our natural gas barbeque, repaired an indoor fireplace gas leak, and also repaired ductwork that was not properly installed by our home's builder. Brian Dart (owner) is professional and will make sure things are done right. Would highly recommend Brian and his team for any HVAC services.

Long story below. Short version…The worst! Any other company but these guys! Complete rip-off!! Thousands of dollars and still no heat!!Long story..I’ve used Dart to service my business, rental properties, my mothers home , my home etc for years.The last time I used Dart, they visited several times-furnace never repaired but they billed for every call. “Need parts, we will call you.” I refused to pay until it was repaired. They kept sending bills. Never came back.Marshal Mechanical came, repaired in less than an hour and no issues since.Brian called and offered to reduce the bill because I was a “good customer.”What! You want me to pay for a furnace you never fixed!!!Absolute joke!!PS: don’t shop at my business again. Your not welcome

Brian and his team installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit, in my house, this past summer. The response timing to the initial problem, professionalism, quality of product and workmanship was second to none. Best of all, the price of all products and services was great to my wallet considering the work being done. I would for sure recommend Brian and the team at Dart to anyone needing HVAC work done for themselves in the future. Dart Heating and Air Conditioning, keep up the good work!

Just moved to the area and needed to update the heating and cooling system. Dart Heating provided a very fair quote. The work was completed timely. Brian provided great answers. I called Brian today (Easter long weekend 2019) at Dart’s 24 hour emergency service # to fix an issue with our cottage propane furnace (Buckhorn, ON). Incredibly he arrived 45 min after my call, fixed it incredibly fast and provided maintenance suggestions. The cost of repair was very reasonable considering it was Saturday and the promptness of service. Will not hesitate to do business with Dart again.UPDATE - 2nd time using Dart, on Nov 8/19, Brady cleaned our furnace and fixed our propane stove. One of the finest customer experiences I’ve had, PERIOD. Thanks Brady!

Dart was used by the previous owner of my home back in 2017 when the entire house was renovated. Dart did the furnace and ductwork. In jan, 2023 I found out there was still an outstanding building permit from the renovation. One of the items was submission of a balance report by the HVAC contractor as it was never submitted.I found the Dart name on the furnace installation tag and called them practically begging them to help me out with the balance report. They then sent a report for a different address claiming my address used to be what they provided. I asked again. This time they asked if I could send them the form they needed to fill out. Very strange I thought, how do I know what form to get? So I googled it and sure enough found the form and sent it by email , again begging for help. No reply. Tried calling and left a message but no calls returned or any email replies. These people left me stranded with absolutely no help. I had to hire another HVAC Contractor to reverse engineer my HVAC system and provide the necessary paperwork to the Trent Lakes building inspection office. Turns out a cold air return duct was never installed so had to pay to get that fixed, something Dart shud have installed in the first place. You are now warned! stay away!

They are fast at there job and got to the problem right away and that made me feel safe too thankyou so much for the hard work
