I noticed they changed from the last time I was there, I went in for a lace front wig and they don't have as many options as they used to, the customer service isn't as good as it used to be as well..

I purchase some hair products during COVID-19 and they were delivered within a few hours, the correspondence from the seller was beyond comparison and the transaction was very smooth.Thanks for the exceptional customer service.

They have a good selection of African hair products including extensions, wigs, treatments, and the price to make the hair is very affordable.

You're not going to find this variety for this price in the city. Staff were friendly (albeit seemed a little bored), wigs were well displayed and stocked. And holy hair options! It took me probably 20 minutes to finally decide what I wanted! I do wish however that there were more colour options, there were a lack of unique, funky colours, but as they're also an online seller, I wouldn't doubt they were just sold out. (editing review because i came back a week or so later and the selection was AMAZING colour wise. I think I didn't realize the first time.)

This store said it was open on Google, the open sign was on in the window. Lights were on in the store, The door was locked, no answer from the phones and no answer from knocking on the door. Worst service I’ve ever seen and I didn’t even get service.

Very friendly welcoming shop. Taye did an amazing job braiding our 3 year olds hair. She's very patient and sweet. Store owner is very personable. We will definitely be back!

No means to disrespect, but when I saw the all the 4 stars reviews I was like “really “? Then I saw that most of them was from 2 years ago . If two years ago they had good service I regret to say that it is not the case anymore . This is by far the worst customer service I had in a hair salon ever . First of all, they were not friendly and welcoming at all . I can understand that sometimes staffs have bad days …so that wasn’t the most infuriating thing . The most infuriating thing to me was the fact that I was pressured to buy something, . As son as I put a foot in the store I had someone following me .Then , when I went down the hallway to look up some extension someone literally stood up behind me with his arms crossed . Then an other staff member came over and the other staff with his arms crossed left . After that , I went to an other spot and the other staff did the same thing but worst . She followed me to the exact same spot I was on . Then , she didn’t even give me 30 seconds to choose the colour , length etc I wanted and she said words for words “ which one do you want “ .I looked at her shocked and said “ I am looking for the colour I want “ . It’s not as if I was in the store for an hour, 30 minutes or even 10 minutes . I was literally there for 2 minutes and I got 2 employees following me around and standing right beside me until I chose something? Come on …that’s just malpractice and pretty disrespectful. I know that Winnipeg can be a dangerous city and stores need to take precautions, but that’s bot an excuse to not offer decent customer service and not letting customers to chose what they want peacefully . On top of that, they don’t even have much choices of box braids and extensions there .I still ended up buying box braids and that was ONLY bc I was in a hurry and my hair needed to be done urgently otherwise I would not had buy something there . Even when it was time to buy my stuffs at the cash register all of the staffs were chatting around and looked disinterested. I can understand that sometimes it can happen when a store is busy , but that wasn’t the case …I was the only customer in the store at that time . This was the first and last time I buy something there ..and I do regret giving a dime of my money to them bc they didn’t deserve it in my opinion and no , I would not recommend this hair salon to ANYONE .

Great wig selection, and friendly owners. Wigs are made of decent quality. I plan to go back to see if they do custom orders on favourites soon. So glad to see this type of shop in Winnipeg, with a location I like.

Updating my review because I have to. I'm happy to say that this is one of my favorite shops to buy hair from. Excellent service and very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection continues to increase with more options. Would recommend to anyone who wants to buy decent hair right now instead of waiting months for online orders especially during covid. Don't pass on this shop. Its a gem. 5 outta 5 , i rarely give those.

If you want or need a wig in Winnipeg, this is the place to go! The owner has a lovely shop on St. Anne's Road which is well-stocked with both synthetic and human hair wigs. She is very knowledgeable, professional, personable and helpful. I had been to 3 wig shops in Toronto recently and to my dismay had found nothing suitable. While on vacation in Winnipeg this week my daughter found this shop, and to my delight I purchased 2 beautiful human hair wigs, each under $90! The owner is wonderful and I highly recommend her. She also carries a full range of hair and wig supplies. From now on I'll be buying my wigs in Winnipeg.
