Whatever you did to your pizza crust since January it hits different! I’ve had a slice and a half and It’s amazing now. Thank you aardvarks! If I may, there Nachos are top notch too. Order now and find out for yourselves!

Most annoying and frustrating experience tonight. The person that took my order asked me nearly 10 times to repeat my phone number as well as my address. I instantly knew that he was going to mess up my order or details from not paying attention. I called back to check the status of my order and to see if the driver was lost as he told me 20-30mins and it had been over 1.5 hours. The same guy answered and rushed me off the phone in hesitation saying that he thinks the delivery driver was on his way which he clearly didn’t even check. I called back a second time as nobody showed up and the guy tells me that the delivery driver was lost because of both a wrong address AND phone number and was calling me and there was no answer… I have been holding my phone this entire time and come to find out that he was lost the entire time. He asked for my address for the 15th time. Finally got the food and it was cold of course. Such horrible service tonight!

Great place and great prices for Banff. I had the vegan poutine and it was delicious. I recommend you take a look if you are in town and hungry.

This was my first time trying Aardvark.First impressions were really good. The delivery arrived way faster than expected which is nice.The crust was nice with a good crunch and still fairly light. Toppings were pretty generous as well. Cooked perfectly.Aardvark also has vegan cheese for anybody with dairy problems.Overall I was really satisfied with Aardvark. The only downside is that it seems a fair bit expensive for two pizzas. But that is also to be expected in a place like Banff.

Reported on the app that it was delivered at 10:45, didn't arrive until 12:00. I called the restaurant at 11:00 and they said it had been made and they were waiting for a driver. So $40 with tip for food that was an hour and 15 minutes old. Worse yet the driver has instructions to phone and wait in the lobby, instead he phoned and started wandering around the building. Oh and not only was the order cold it was also wrong. Avoid.

Ordered takeout. A small Greek salad and 9” Aardvark. The ingredients seemed fresh. The salad was a fair size. The pizza, however, was very disappointing. The crust was slightly undercooked (despite the cook poking it to check.) The crazy part is it looked like they forgot the cheese. It was heaped with the meat and veg, but I had to search for tiny shreds of cheese - to the point I went back and read the menu again to make sure I didn’t miss it being a cheese-less option. Sadly, I don’t recommend this place for pizza. It wasn’t tasty at all.

Once waited over two hours for delivery. Called repeatedly and told the pizza was ‘on its way’. Unfortunately, it was late night and not many other options in Banff at that hour. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. Also did not taste good (bitterness aside). This incident occurred Sept of 2021 and I’m writing this Feb of 2022. That’s how upset I was about this. To top it off, the driver was unapologetic, and seemingly perturbed when I told him to take the pizza and leave when he finally arrived. 0 out of 5.

I often get pizza at late times in the night when I’m staying in different cities, it’s hard to know where you can faithfully get a pizza. I have had pizza order’s canceled and everything in between. The pizza was pretty good 8/10 but the service great! I liked the app and the delivery driver was really nice and came 30 minutes early with the pizza hot and the drinks cold. And at 2am there’s not much more you can ask for but that. Very positive experience will be ordering from this shop again.

When it comes to late night pizza, you have to order here in Banff. It’s great for before or after bar. How it is as just a meal... no clue. The people here are fun and you never know who you will meet waiting for a slice or a pizza. Delivery can take a while at night so just keep that in mind.
