Neil has always been a friendly and honest guy, super happy with the work I received on my Jetta which needed a flywheel replaced! If you need some work done on your vehicle it's one of the best places to go in the city.

I was referred to Neil from my main mechanic to perform some specific and tedious VW engine repair work. Neil was professional and honest about the work involved and after some external issues with some faulty parts/applications from the distributers he sorted it out for me without hassle and was able to get me back on the road. I appreciate Neil getting to the bottom of a complicated problem and going the extra mile. I recommend him for VW work on the southside.

I wish I could give this amazing place a 50-star rating instead of just 5 stars. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was in the right place. The gentleman who opened the door for me listened to my car problems and politely asked me to wait until the chief mechanic arrived. I have been to hundreds of places to fix my car, but from now on, The Automotive Repair Company is the only place I'm going to go to for car repairs. The chief mechanic, Phil, arrived at the store and promptly checked my car. He explained everything to me and suggested a few possible solutions. As a very technical person, I was convinced by every word he said. He never pushed for any unnecessary services or repairs. I will be back at that place next Monday to fix those minor issues. No more headaches with my car as long as this place exists; I am their client, period. If you want an honest place to fix your car-related issues, this is the place. Neil is a fantastic mechanic. I've been taking my vw golf to him for years. Super honest and upfront about everything that needs to be done, and gives good timelines on stuff that should be looked at down the road. Great prices for work on european cars. 10 out of 10, would always recommend!
