TERRIBLE SERVICE. On two occasions, I went to Hiscott's only to find the store closed: once on a Tuesday and once on a Saturday. On two other occasions: in 2014 and 2018, I placed an order of makeup and explained to Joyce that the items were needed for a show. What happened? I had to remind Joyce to write my information down and TWICE she calls me - after the show opened and 10 DAYS after the other show closed. She was rude, dismissive and would not acknowledge in the slightest that this was unacceptable. Go to Malabar's, Candy's on Mount Pleasant . This is a brutal place - it's also a mess inside. One of the worst experiences I have had in any retail environment

Joyce was great. Gave me advice on applying the items I bought. Product I bought was top quality.

I bought there hand cream last year and had to go back for more. I get very dry hands and brittle naird, there product is the only thing that's has worked for me and I have tried many different types off creams. Love there products.

I went by yesterday thursday the 8th of october theres no hiscott there..someone tell me its not another covid casualty?i love joyce!the woman always knows what to suggest or try for me or any of my clients. shes a rare combo of listener and sales expert. she will never just sell whats there she hears" what your issues are and immediately has ideas.this woman puts the joy into looking good easily."

Can’t recommend this place enough to theatre folks looking to get stage makeup - Joyce was kind and attentive and sold me makeup that looked great!

This place is permanently closed . Visited October 27,2020. It seems to still have an available online store. it's a shame the first time I visited I Loved the old feel to the store .

Better than the previous location, but I am always weary of how long products have been sitting on the shelves. That being said, there are some things sold at Hiscott that you can't buy anywhere else.Call ahead before you go, I went all the way out there today (was quite a far trek for me) and the store was not open during advertised hours. They seem to open and close at their leisure.

The store has been closed for over 2 yrs now. Joyce is long gone and Google Maps needs to take down this defunct store location from their maps.
