Onkar Furniture Import Ltd

We purchased a dining table back in the start of December. They temporarily installed a wooden top instead of the marble, as the shipment would come in Jan for the marble. We began reaching out late Feb and Onkar would let us know it’d arrive the next week. After numerous attempts to get what we paid for, his team dropped it off in the last week of April, 5 months from our purchase date and 4 months later than what we were initially told. Note that the marble top has only been dropped and not yet installed. Onkar’s team said they didn’t have the equipment to install and would be back in the evening or the next day latest. This is a joke, its been a safety hazard, as it’s been propped up against a wall in our living room for the last 2 weeks. Either send someone to install it or honestly just refund us for the table at this point. Never experienced such terrible customer service or communication.
