Peoples Jewellers

We had bought my wedding band from Peoples (Willowbrook location) last year. After less than a year of non daily wear a Diamond had come out. We went back to get it replaced only to be told our warranty was not valid as we did not come in every 6 months for a check-up. We were not told upon purchase of this 6 month rule, had we known we would have been consistent with coming in. After explaining this to the staff and manager their only solution was for us to buy a new band and were not accommodating the fact their staff member never told us. Unfortunately not a good customer experience for us.

Salma helped us pick a ring my husband wanted to gift me. Such a lovely person to deal with, very professional. She showed us couple of options and really made the whole shopping experience worth it :)

Me and my boyfriend had a wedding ring shopping today at People Jewellers without an appointment. Because of our first time doing that, we were confused and just looked around. Not too long later, a lady approached and introduced her as store manager - Zee, and walked us through everything. She’s very knowledgeable and would be able to answer any questions and helped guided through any process. She was not only listen to our story, but she also share her story like a friend. We highly suggest coming here to shop for your special someone or yourself

I took two items to the store in Nov 22. One was my granddaughters ring. It’s a small teardrop amethyst stone with diamond chips around the stone. It needed one chip replaced. This ring was around $300. new. After a long wait I was contacted and told it was going to cost $680. to replace the tiny chip. I refused the repair and request it be returned so… now I’m waiting on my next item for a estimate for repair. After two emails two store visit and many phone calls I finally received the estimate for the repair on my chain. My chain is 14k white gold. 24”. The lobster claw had broken The repair estimate. $133.00. Seriously! Anyhow I needed my chain so said fix it and get it back. When I went to pick up my repaired chain I noticed my broken 14k lobster claps that was broken was not in the repair package. I inquired why my extra gold lobster claw hadn’t been returned. The girl smiled and shrugged her shoulders So not only did I pay a huge amount for this repair. They also kept my extra gold. How many do they need to keep to make extra money on the gold. I will never go to this store ever again!

Salma was the lady who helped me. She was very patient and helpful. Considered my budget and offered options. Very happy with my purchase . Will go there again for future purchases.

Amazing and helpful staff. I went in barely knowing what kind of engagement ring I was looking for. They sat down with me and informed me of styles, cuts, clarity, height. The person they have come in to do custom work does an awesome job and has so many unique rings. They all are so helpful and really make you feel confident in the ring you choose. They truly care about helping you make the best choice.

Assistant Manager, Manpreet, provided the most outstanding service I've ever received from any establishment. She was incredibly efficient, friendly, and took additional time to answer my questions, without any promise or expectation of a sale. On top of all this, she was able to accomplish something I'd been told was simply not possible on 3 separate occasions. Many thanks for her exceptional care and professionalism. Whatever she's being paid, it's not enough!

We had a great experience at Peoples today, I came in with my mom to look at rings and Salma helped us pick out the best rings which were exactly what we were looking for. She was so kind and helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back soon!
