The friendly service was second to none I've encountered travelling across Canada and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had!I stayed on the eighth floor and it was smartly renovated with modern touches that made the room feel elegant, clean and made wise use of the average amount of space.It was fun to swim outdoors in April and soak in the hottub in the fresh air with a view of Alberta skies!I was nothing but pleased with this place!Oh, and the best pizza in the area is right across the street! I had to take the time to give them a great review as well :)

This place has a hidden gem. Sunday brunch. $30, and a great value. I was so impressed at the vast variety of food choices at their Sunday Brunch Buffet. The food itself is such high quality. From salmon to prime rib, from bacon and eggs to pancakes and waffles.This buffet is at such a higher caliber than any other Sunday brunch buffet. It would be impossible to compare it to any other.The food is always fresh. You'll have to try it for yourself. Almost forgot. They have an omelet station, where chefs personally prepare it to exactly how you want.

We had our wedding catered. It was the best food that I've had in a very long time. Everyone from the front to the back end of that hotel gave 100%. We rented rooms, we had outside catered food then Brunch on Sunday morning. Wow, wow, wow

Excellent experience though i only stayed for a few hours with family. Riyaz at the front desk was great, buffet breakfast in the morning was very good. I will come again for sure.

Had the Sunday brunch and it was amazing. The food was amazing, hot & plenty full. All the staff were friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable at $35. A special thanks to Annie our amazing server.

We had a wonderful stay here, my expectations were exceeded! The nice ladies at the front desk put us in the newly remodeled section of the hotel and gave us cards for free breakfast and discounts for the restaurants! It was extremely cold in Calgary during our stay and we loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tub! We were pleasantly surprised to find some very luxurious robes in our room as well. The room was super clean and modern, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bee, our server for breakfast and dinner was AWESOME! Couldn’t have had a better stay and will definitely be staying here again!

Be careful with what you leave around in your rooms. Everything was going okay with our stay until one day when my limited edition tumbler went missing from my room. I am guessing that housekeeping accidentally threw it out because it was beside some empty take out containers. When I brought this up with staff they contacted the housekeeper and manager who insisted that nothing was thrown out. No one would take responsibility for my missing tumbler, although unless it vaporized of it's own accord, it must have been thrown out. I couldn't even get an I'm sorry" from the hotel. Very disappointed."

I just hosted my wedding here and had a ton of our friends and family stay here for a few days. I cant sing their praises enough. The service was phenomenal- Minh at the restaurant truly made my morning everyday. Joan, at front desk was the sweetest. Nikki, who deals with the hall rentals/catering was extremely accommodating and professional. The food at our wedding was great- we are still getting compliments about it. To sum it up 5/5 stars all around. I am SO happy we chose this venue!

Carriage House Hotel & Conference Centre
We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the Desert Palms room with 50+ guests. They were completely accommodating to our set up requests and the catering was AMAZING to say the least. All staff was very professional and buffet never went empty. Our choice of meats were the prime rib (100% done perfectly) and the Cornish hen was also on the top end! Nothing to complain about at all with everyone from Carriage House. Thanks Nikki for being so awesome and helping us have the greatest night of our lives
