I would love to give them a better rating, but unfortunately we had a poor experience. Our initial fence had gaping holes they left at the bottom where our yard sloped (which they knew it did, as they saw our yard first when they came to measure and give us a quote).They apparently didn't have 8ft boards on hand that day to hang and cut properly to size to follow the curve of the yard, and they threw up the 6ft boards, knowing they were not the right size.When we asked for them to fix it, they did a poor job, and we had to ask yet again for them to fix it. We're still left with a poor looking product, that we are left to fix properly on our own. One employee did a good job fixing it in spots, but the owner and other employees didnt seem to care about the quality of work. I attached photos of the original fence with the gaps at the bottom, and their first 'fix'.If you have a perfectly flat yard, it might be ok to go with them, but I would caution against them if you have any slope at all in your yard
