Had to purchase a set of overalls. Went to store in Mission . Excellent friendly service. Price certainly comparable and good selection. While there compared a pair of work boots purchased at Marks in Abbotsford . They were $30.00 less than Marks. And would have saved more by staying in Mission just on gas snd time alone. Next time will check this store first before heading out. Shop local.

Poor customer service. This is a cash grab store. They don't tell you their products are not returnable and you will need to look at your receipt to understand that most of their product is final sale with a general note using Covid to excuse themselves and that it covers almost everything and if you complain about it, they immediately tell you to leave their store.

After visiting their Coquitlam store I found out they had a second store in Mission a little closer for me from home. Loved the quality, price and service from Coquitlam I decided to check out the Mission store and found it to be just as great as the Coquitlam store. Knowledge, friendly staff. Great products with good variety and excellent pricing. Better than the big box stores. I try and support the smaller family run business when there service and pricing are better than the big box stores. I recommend anyone check them out.

So disappointed with the Mission store. Unfriendly service from one employee specifically. So sad that my son could not try on the hat he has been searchng for and we were told it was non refundable if it didn't fit! Seems pretty ridiculous.

Very disappointed! I always wanted to shop local and have always supporters local businesses. Bought a pair of boots that felt good but gave me a blister after a few hours. They refused to take them back. Poor business decision as I and all of my contacts will not shop there anymore. Pretty poor decision for $140.00. I can guarantee that you will lose much more in sales. Big box stores would not have a problem with the return. BUY YOUR BOOTS ELSEWHERE!!. Least you know you won't be flushing your money down the toiletif you have an issue.
