I recently visited Oakbank Service Center for the first time. I am satisfied with the quality of work and time to complete the work. However, based on the service advisors lack of knowledge and horrendous attitude I will never return to this business.

Walked in there with with a seized part and they had it out within seconds, very awesome service.

If you're looking for a reasonable shop to service you, look elsewhere. They were excessively rude and condescending towards me, that was before I asked for a timeslot which was over a week wait. It felt like they couldn't be bothered and that they didn't want the business. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was recommended this place... Never will I go back.Customer service is terrible, the women who calls the customers is extremely rude and doesn't care about the customers. I understand getting a complaint isn't the greatest phone call to receive but that's called being in business and customer service lady.My vehicle still isn't fixed after paying twice for work to be done on the same issue 1 year apart, but was told to take it somewhere else. She wasn't interested in helping me out at all and basically made me feel like this is somehow my fault.Disappointing since I heard such wonderful things about this small town company that I wanted to support.

Stop in for a flip through a Reader's Digest from 1978, honest advice, and reliable service. These guys will always take great care of your vehicle.

SCAMMERS. A friend brought his car there to get safety. They did the safety. He brought it to my house to fix what they said it needed. When we lifted the car. All steering components they mention were fine, basically new. Exhaust leak they were right. But the breaks... they wanted new breaks all around. Well guess what it was clear as day that the rear drums had not been removed. No tool marks/still stuck on firm due to surface rust. And once we did get it off, they looked again new. They also wanted new front pads... again they had a lot of meat on them and were still good.So save your money. These people will scam you. I have heard other stories but this one I got to se with my own eyes. Pathetic excuse for a garage

Excellent service! Have been there twice in the last 3 months, both times exceeded my expectations. Martin is on top of his game!
