Terry Baxter was a saviour for my household. He made sure we had our new water heater replaced today. We were without hot water for 2 days and I have a special needs son who I hadn’t bathed in 2 days. I called and explained to Terry the urgency / emergency this was. I called and spoke to 3 other people who could or would not help me. Terry had it looked after in one hour after he got my message. I am so grateful to Terry. We could not go 3 days without hot water. He was empathetic and so professional . As you can imagine I can not bath my special needs son in freezing cold water. My many thanks to Terry

He had great patience when explaining the new thermostat. Sina F installed the air conditioner and thermostat and did it in a timely manner. He did a great job as well. Janis was THE BEST YOU CAN ASK FOR. She answered all my questions the best they could be answered, she took the time to check everything thoroughly went above and beyond. The technician before her did not do these things he was in and out as fast as he could.

Fred did a professional job of installing our new A/C unit. He was quick and went straight into the job the moment he arrived. Just before finishing, one of the parts wasn't working properly, he asked for a replacement and re-did what he had to do, again. Quality assured.

Tech did an excellent job. There was a slight issue after he left, but area supervisor came within 30 mins to rectify the issue. Excellent response time and customer service overall.. value if water heater rental is worth it...
