Mitra did a fantastic job on my hair. I really wanted a plum purple and she did a great job of custom mixing two tones together. She was professional, easy to chat with and I would definitely come again! This is one of the best salon experiences I've had. A real gem in Poco without having to travel downtown to get your hair done.

I have been seeing Mitra for more than 5 years now. At first she was go-to girl for lash extensions and she has since become my go-to for my hair as well. I can't say enough about how amazing she is.Before seeing Mitra, I had such miserable experiences with lash extensions to the point where I was in tears! Little did I know that lash extensions were supposed to be a relaxing and smooth experience. What I love about Mitra is the fact that she treats you like a close friend and will be honest about what you need. SO many times I have tried to ask her for more voluminous lashes and she's convinced me otherwise in telling me that it won't be worth my money because my natural lashes will not hold them properly. I feel like other places would just abide to what their customer wants without paying attention to whether it would be worthwhile.With my hair, I have such indecisiveness, but Mitra knows what I need. She takes her job seriously and with the highest level of professionalism. One time, I went in for a balyage treatment and I was over the moon with the job she did but she just looked at me and shook her head... she was so disappointed and had me come back another day to fix whatever error that she saw. I have never had such service like that.I highly recommend Mitra and her team at Salon Kismet for whatever you are looking for beauty-wise. Be ready to be well taken care of! :)

Over the moon happy happy happy with my lash extensions and brow tint I received today at Kismet. The owner was so sweet and fit me in between customers. I didn't experience any tearing ( as I ALWAYS do with other lash technicians), and she applied the lashes in record time!!! This is the VERY first time I received EXACTLY what I was looking for. Beautiful /natural looking, fabulous lashes!! I put my full trust in Kismet Salon and highly recommend their services!!!! First 2 pic's are the before and last 2 or after!

I went to see Kathy for a hair cut at salon kismet. I’ve been to see her two times before, always just for a trim, and have never had an issue. This time I went in, also just for a trim as I’m growing out my hair, and left with way too short layers on one side that are a good 5+ inches shorter than the rest of my hair, and I have thin curly hair so because she used thinning shears on my hair it’s very difficult to hide. I immediately contacted Kathy to explain with videos and photos of what I was unhappy with, and she offered to refund my money, and said I could come in for tips on how to style it. Fine. It’s not really about the money, more disappointed that a year investment of hair growth is gone and it will take at least a year to grow out these too-short one sided shaggy layers before they will blend better. But I appreciated the response and offer to help fix it.Now for the reason I’m writing this review. I return within the week, and after examining my hair she tells me there’s no way she would have cut it like this.What?Okay so, the cut is SO bad that you’re even refusing to take responsibility for it?? It’s bad enough a mistake was made, but it really adds insult to injury when I hear “there’s no way I would have done this” - makes the entire experience that much worse. In 30 years of haircuts I’ve never been so offended or asked for a refund until today. I won’t be returning.

I have been getting my mink eyelash extensions done by Mitra for the past 2 years and she has done a phenomenal job. They last me 5-6 weeks long and have not damaged my real lashes since she uses good name brand glue. I have recommended her to all my friends and family and her hands work magic! The receptionist is also always super bubbly, positive and cheers up my day with her outgoing personality .

Mitra does amazing work. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. She is the only stylist that I trust to consistently do a fabulous job with my hair.

I highly recommend this hair salon for the quality of their services as well as their affordable prices. I have been going to see Meetra, the owner of the Salon for a couple years, and I have been very happy with how well she colours and cuts my hair. It's hard to find a stylist who excels at both cutting and colouring (without breaking the bank) so if you are in need of a good quality hair salon in the Tri-Cities (or elsewhere), look no further than Salon Kismet!

Mitra is so lovely, cares that I am happy with my hair, has a great eye for detail and I will not go anywhere else. My hair has never looked better than it does since Mitra has been doing it. Great salon and I highly recommend!

Mitra saved my hair!!!! She did a great job colouring it! She found the perfect way how to colour my curly, damaged hair with 80 percent of gray!

I’ve been going here to get eyelash extensions and I’ll tell you Mitra is so kinda, gentle and relaxing throughout the process. I’ve been to a couple different people and she is by far the best at applying them in a timely fashion. I never have had glue get in my eye like I’ve had at other salons. She gave me the look I want based on my requests. Highly recommend!! Oh and she accommodated my busy schedule!
