Riverside Park

Loved this park, our favourite in Belleville. The bicycle paths around the park have the best views and are well maintained.

Great place for soccer night, a walk, hike or just relaxing. Matured trees and well cut grounds. It's very neat in tidy. The parking is nearby and easy to walk to the grounds. There is a bit of noise from the highway, but you'd never know your in the city by the surrounding area.

My daughter and I have been here multiple times, we celebrated her 8th birthday here this past June. The park is expansive, it has a wonderful play structure and a splash pad, it's on the Moira river and has beautiful views. There's also a sensory park that's perfect for children with sensory issues. Lots of picnic areas and a large gazebo with tables. They have clean washrooms and a canteen. It's easily accessible both by car and bus, and there is also a waterfront trail that you can take that will get you there. Recommend 100%.

Next to the waterfront trails that run along the Belleville bay this is definitely the next best trail to walk, ride, bird watch qnd so on. There's always geese there and there's benches to have lunch too when the kids play in the park or splash padI live in the East End and I take this trail from Station St all the way up to the mall because its eo beuatful and much more peaceful year round comparaed to the other ways to get to that end of town. It takes a bit longer but is definitely more safer and worth it!There's a little bike jump truck hidden there too thats fun for kids. I'll take some snaps of it and updated ones ofbth3 trails instead of the park and upload next time I'm there.

Loved how the kids have many things to do from the splash pad to the enclosed park to the music garden That's more in the shade. There's even music that teaches the kids how to read and play basic things was wonderful

It's a nice park for walking,roller blading,plus it's called pirate park to for the kids,it's got.a great stuff for kids to do,complete with a kids park,and a 8 piece water world to keep the kids cool in the Sommer,nice picnic area plus a beach

Had a good afternoon with the wife and kids. Lots of flowers, trails, splash pad and park. Frisbee golf, walk along the water and just have a quiet stroll.Kids loved it which was a plus, if visiting check it out.

I have noticed the big Belleville floral Canadian flag arrangement for decades while driving on the 401 highway. So I decided to take a break, visit the location, walk around it and discovered the tranquility of Riverside Park.The park has nice paved walkways that lead around the surrounding area giving access to the water, child playgrounds and open green spaces on the small hill. I especially strolling by the waterfront marsh area to view the many butterflies and to hear the birds sing. It is very peaceful. Then I took a look at the Belleville floral Canadian flag and resumed driving on the highway.This is a great spot to stop ìf you are travelling with the family, or even alone. The kids and you will appreciate running around to stretch your legs on a long road trip and best of all it is free to enjoy.If you like my reviews, photos or videos hit the Belle button

There's a new make-your-own music area that I thoroughly enjoyed. Met friendly people with their dogs. Everything so well kept, too bad the geese had to spoil the lawn! Best to stay on pathways!

Great park! Kids loved how big it was and how it was the pirate ship. Lots of space and super cool. Not alot of parks made like this now. Definitely worth visiting if you have kids.
