Like in Italy. Ice Cream/ Gelato was one of the finest. Flavour was rich, mild. Great gelato place which also sells other things like cakes and pizza.

Loved their ice creams. Very clean, spacious place to dine in, lots of flavors and options to choose from and friendly staff. One of the rare places to find light snack (sandwiches, prepared fast food) hot and cold drinks as well as ice creams all at one place! So far, loved their pistachio, mango and raspberry flavors. Will definitely visit again and try new flavors. Ask for a sample if you can’t decide what to order. It’s a bit pricey but their scoops are big.

The gelato sign caught my eye as we were walking around and it did not disappoint! They had tons of flavours, lots of dairy free options as well! I got the mango and blood orange dairy free option and it was delicious!

My sister and I were looking for a cafe and found this cute place. We were so excited as we came inside the store. Lots of options to choose from and the gelato looked delicious. But as soon as we’re ready to order at the cash, the guy who was taking our orders wasn’t really giving us the customer service that we needed. I didn’t want to judge, maybe it was his personality, but he showed an attitude like he didn’t want to be there taking our orders. Good thing the other staffs were approachable especially the ones who served us the frappe and gelato otherwise our experience there would be unsatisfactory.

The gelato was good, however, the reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is because I asked to try a flavour before buying it but they told me they don’t allow customers to try flavours. Considering the price we paid, I had expected the opportunity to at least taste the flavour before committing to a purchase.

We went here to try their Gelato. Firstly they asked to pre pay and then come to choose flavor. After paying for 3 cups, the lady serving says there's no tasting!" OK after that we got 3 different flavors as we could not taste to see which ones are good. To our disappointment

Amazing ice cream, BUT We went there 2 days in a row for ice cream.Day 1 : the person that was serving ice cream tell us : “we can’t give you a spoon to taste because of the regulations with health Canada”Day 2 : the same person literally takes out an Oreo of the ice cream and tell us : “we keep it for the kids “ . I mean … I’ve never in my life seen someone literally taking away from you food that has been served already.
