I will get started by saying 2 charge nurses should be firedStaff not attending to call bell Staff did not attend to a patient that was yelling for help for at least 10 minutes until I went and found a Staff memberStaff not bringing me my medication when ask I was accuse by a Staff member of faking a 3 spin fractures and a sprained mcl tomy kneeNever help with going to washroom or getting dressed never assisted me to vechile when I left hospitalAnd the list goes and definitely did not follow covid 19 protocolsThis hospital is so poorly ran and unorganized

Recently visited this hospital with a vertigo issue, I was seen by a doctor in minutes, my care was professional, kind and thorough. Although the hospital itself is starting to show its age…I can’t say enough how impressed I was with the staff.

We had an excellent experience at the Rimbey Hospital. The doctors and nurses were incredible. There was no waiting time and my friend said he has never had such a thorough exam. This a very caring facility.

Unfortunately Dr. Nagase was too good for AHS by showing how real health" care SHOULD look like!This HERO Doc saved patients lives by going against AHS's "DEADLY" Covid treatment policy! ...Justice will come and the TRUTH will come out

Fantastic staff and a very good experience.

This hospital was appalling. They had a patient answering the phone, understaffed in nurses, and the doctors were condescending, liars, and rude.My friend has a terminal illness, and these doctors LIED about keeping in touch with her doctors in Calgary (as we discovered when they finally decided to send her to a real hospital and spoke with her long term doctor). They made bad calls and she has been suffering unneccesarily for days. Some nurses were nice and tried to apologize but some did not care and never came back when you asked for help. Three staff had no idea how to disconnect her tubing. They don't even have an ultrasound.As for being condescending, the doctor decided to tell us what we already knew, twice, as if he was talking to a child, and for whatever reason he decided to raise his voice really loudThis hospital needs some serious work or is going to kill someone with their lack of proper care.

Every experience I’ve had here has been amazing. The staff, both doctors, nurses and front desk staff, have all been kind and welcoming. After a horrible experience dealing with Ponoka today, Rimbey quickly got me in to see a doctor. They noticed my pain and immediately offered me a wheel chair upon arrival. Nurses and doctors were very understanding and apologetic for what I was going through. This is so very appreciated.

I don’t even know where to start on this one, I came into this emergency room after taking a really bad fall. I sat at my family cottage and knew my foot was broken.I drove myself to this joke of a medical centre, went in and waited forever to get looked at. Once I finally got in and had an X-ray done I sat for another couple hours waiting for the doctor.I don’t remember her name, (tall blonde woman, maybe 30-40 years old). She came in and said “Your X-rays look great, there is no break and it’s likely just a bad sprain”I was very surprised, having a very high pain tolerance I can generally gauge how bad something is.But I trusted the medical professional, I returned home to Calgary the next day and tried walking on the foot. Because I knew it was not broken I felt fine to just push through the pain.On Wednesday of the following week I had noticed I had no missed calls but 2 voicemails.It was someone from this hospital requiring me to call them back, the second voicemail was quite alarming based on just how rude of tone the caller was using.I called back, and whomever I spoke to informed me that the radiology department looked at my X-ray and that the foot was for sure broken, it was a fracture and not a hairline fracture either. They advised me to go to my local hospital or family doctor and get a cast… This doctor who has what 10 years of medical training at this point can’t read an X-ray? But not only that comes in and says “Your foot looks great”….I’ll never visit here again, I could get run over and I would crawl to Red Deer instead…

I was taken by ambulance to Red Deer 2 days ago and was treated with zero dignity or respect, so I ended up leaving, to try to get better at home, but it wasn't working, so my husband took me to Rimbey. I was treated with respect , kindness and given the chance to explain the reasoning behind why I had left Red Deer without treatment. My health is poor and I struggle with many issues and chronic pain. Not only was I treated kindly and respectfully, but they took the time to sit and explain the options and helped me thru every painful moment. Kudos to the staff and kudos for the small town hospital feel, I haven't experienced in a long time. Nice to see medical staff actually compassionate towards their patients ☆☆☆

The nursing staff are GreatDr de Bruyn. You totally misdiagnosed me now my conditions are even worse by 10 times . I even told you I needed 2 IV and antibiotics directly into me . You refused ! Said I was fine !!! You shouldn't be a Dr at all , I almost have gangrene because of you !!!!!!!! You shouldn't be a Dr at all .
