Very good service. Reasonable prices and friendly. Definitely the best tire shop in Sarnia in my opinion.

Very great tire place. The service is top-notch as well are the prices. I called around and did my homework for new seasonal tires for my car and they were by far the cheapest for some mid grade tires.The waiting area isn't huge but there was additional seating outside which was nice. Covid measures are being followed here which is also nice.They are very quick and efficient, friendly and affordable. Highly recommended.Will be back when I need new tires in the future.5/5.

Driving home I noticed I had a flat so I stopped in at Joe's since it's on the way. 5-10 minutes later I was on my way again. They pulled a screw out of my tire and put a plug in and it cost 25 bucks. Really friendly, 5 star customer service. There is nothing they could have done better, I am 100% satisfied. Thanks Joe's Discount Tire, wish you well and see you again next time.

They fit me in same day to repair a tire with a screw in it when my dealership told me 3 weeks. Very reasonable price. I will be back for winter tires!

I went to Joe's to get a tire plugged, I had it done here before with a different vehicle. They were very busy, so he said, Come back in two hours!" I got a phone call for Joe's Discount Tire

I came here a few weeks ago looking for a price on a new set of all seasons. I told the man at the desk (didn't get his name) what size I wanted, which was a 245/40/18.He immediately stated (with a very arrogant attitude) that this size wouldn't fit my car. I clarified that I was getting new wheels that would suit that size tire, yet he continued to ignore me and tell me it wouldn't fit. He went outside to check what size my car's OEM tire is, which is a 235/40/18. Again, I clarified that my new wheels were wider, and I needed a wider tire. Finally, he relented and looked for a price, just to find that he couldn't get the brand I wanted. He said if I found a place that could get the tires, I should come to him to get them mounted and balanced because other places might not have the right equipment. He proceeded to explain and show me a tire balancing machine, as if I were a child who had never seen or heard of anything of the like. I've never felt so much condescension in my life.I ended up buying the tires online and got them mounted and balanced at Tirecraft for half the price that he was going to charge for mounting and balancing.A word of advice, if someone comes in looking for something specific and is confident about what they want, just tell them the price. Don't treat them like a child, especially when you're outright wrong. Just because it isn't the OEM size doesn't mean that it won't fit the car, because guess what? It fits. Extremely well, actually. It's almost as if I did my research.

Extremely fast service, with quality and precision and at a very decent cost. Called in at 8:20 to ask for prices, dropped kids to school on time and had all tires changed within 20 minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable staff for sure. 5 stars all the way through :)

Best tire shop experience I've had.Reasonable rates, tires & service bundled in so no hidden/surprise fees, an a knowledgeable leader.Note.Unlike at a dealership you'll have multiple techs working on your vehicle at once so turnover is quick.

Great experience with this shop. I brought in my own tires to mount and balance and it cost 25 a piece. They installed new valve stems with no hidden fees or extra costs. The last time I went to Sarnia Tire and they added a bunch of hidden fees after they quoted me a price. This will be where I go for tires from now on!

Excellent service! I needed to replace tires on my Jeep urgently before a weekend trip - they had stock available and were able to replace within one day, at reasonable price, and with friendly efficient service. Will definitely be my go-to in future!
