They have set up a visit for me twice over the phone and confirmed via text. The first visit , the apartment # they asked me to buzz upon arrival was wrong (I have it in a text from them). I waited a little over one hour and tried to call the management several times with zero success. The second visit, I was given the number to the concierge, who actually answered when I arrived. But he was not in the area because the management did not confirm the visit with him. He seemed nice over the phone and was very apologetic. At this point I was no longer interested in anything they had to offer (despite the condition or cost). I would not any part of such unorganized management.

Theres always piles of garbage outside. There are no recycled containers. There are only 4 visitor parking spaces for the whole building and you can only stay there for 5h at a time the dryers in the basement are so bad I'm pretty sure you could put dry clothes in them and they would come out damp.The location is great for public transit and the concierge has been ok. The apartments are renovated and the building is quiet but other than that , that's all I can think of good about this place.I was also told when I visited the apartment that there was storage available in the basement... and there isn't. The concierge refused to change my locks when I moved in said that the keys were uncopyable" then the next week I had spare keys made no problem.... the advertisement said appliance included.. they were not. they also told me the wrong date to move in and I had to keep all my stuff in storage for a week and slept on a couch...over all not very impressed."
