We recently worked with S&R Denim to create custom aprons for our food and beverage team and thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful, and went over and above to accommodate our requests. 10/10!

Extremely disappointed with my experience with S&R.I found them through some mutual hospitality friends on Instagram and was so impressed with the quality of their products!!I placed an order on 8/15/20 for a custom apron as a birthday gift for my partner. They were responsive and helpful in the beginning; applied their summer discount to my order and seemed to be taking good care with my order.When I received it in the mail, I was so excited! Then I realized that they had gotten the logo wrong.I immediately emailed them and asked what they could do. They offered to make me a new apron and sent it back to me. With only a few weeks until my partners birthday I was hopeful it would arrive on time and made sure they knew the date I needed it by (9/29/20).They shipped my order, though I did not receive the tracking information. I asked for it and was given the wrong tracking number. After the correct tracking number was supplied, I had to go to my local post office where they told me my package had been lost in transit.The birthday came and went and I knew my apron was not coming.I contacted S&R letting them know I was deeply disappointed with the experience overall and requested a refund. It had been almost 2 months since I'd placed my order and I still did not have the correct product.I received a response that essentially said they were not responsible for what happens at the post office. They did not offer to look into the situation with the carrier, to refund me, or to send me another item. No solutions were provided, I was basically told they had done their job and I was out of luck.Still upset by the situation, I wrote a detailed email in response because I felt like the customer service was extremely lacking. I have received no response since and am still without a product 2 months later.The only reason this review has 2 stars is because the overall quality of the incorrect item I received was good.

I’ve gotta say, this company has a really great marketing team and when my apron arrived, I was pleased to realize that my apron was so much nicer than the images- they really don’t do them justice. I’m 10/10 happy with my custom apron. However, I’m a little torn because my experience was sub- par. I placed my order and left notes about minor details that needed to be changed and I noted “please send a mock up”. I assume they must have been busy because I called multiple times over a week and a half and only reached someone once. The girl I spoke with was super polite but I still didn’t receive an image of what the item looked like. I was told their turn around time was 2 weeks. After not receiving the mock, I was concerned that they would ship it and I wouldn’t see what it looked like. I emailed customer service and to my surprise, she was short and rude...Almost accusing me of lying... instead of arguing via email, I decided to call the shop. I got through to another super polite sales person who mentioned that the person who handles customer service is a co- owner... yikes!They ended up sending an image of the embroidery that was wrong- no big deal, but I’m glad I advocated to see, otherwise they would have sent it to me wrong.Overall, I love my apron but I’m apprehensive to encourage my peers to purchase from them because I’d hate for them to feel the way I did.See their reply below. This is what to expect if you reach out with a concern. Instead of them acknowledging that something had been missed, they are more interested in arguing and being defensive instead of addressing the issue at hand.

I bought aprons for each of my staff...I was blown away when I received them. They looked amazing. Its been 6 months since we've been wearing them. They seem to get better with age. My apron has transformed as it gets new hair colours on it.I really couldn't be happier... ill be ordering more for my new staff.

Just picked up my custom apron and I couldn't be happier. Everything is exactly how I asked and the quality is exceptional. Will and his team where extremely helpful during the whole process communicating with me every step of the way!10/10 recommended for anyone who might benefit from a quality apron.

Almost hesitant to write a review since it's one of those gems you don't want others to discover. Really friendly staff member who helped me pick out the perfect apron. If you're looking for a unique, high-quality, and useful gift for yourself check this place out.

Have been ordering aprons for many years and always loved them.Just ordered a replacement after 5 years and it was stolen out of my mail box (no fault of S&R). First reached out thinking it was not delivered but found out it was later stolen they offered me a 50% my next purchase. Super impressive they did this.

I had made an order and upon arrival I wasn’t very happy with the size font used. After speaking with customer service, I was able to get a pitch with the font and size I liked. Such great customer service and I’m very happy with my apron. This will be my second purchase and I’d recommend this place for all apron needs! Thanks Bonnie and team!
