The food is always fresh and inviting, but, I think I am a regular there because of their wonderful manager MEHAK Bansal. Even during lunch rush, she welcomes everyone with a warm and friendly smile and always has great suggestions if you want to try something new. Thank you for the awesome service Mehak!

Freshii has officially become the worst of the 'healthy' fast food chains. They recently changed their portion sizes, changed out their 'field greens' for romaine lettuce and increased prices. So now you can enjoy a $16 salad (half portion) with lettuce that is brown and has no nutritional value. Not to mention that their service is abysmal. Skip this chain and try Hungry Guys Kitchen, Tractor, or honestly...a subway salad might even be better.

The smoothies are great, but the food is not fresh; prepackaged salads; cold, tough chicken; tasteless, hard pita.

I love having such a healthy choice when it comes to eating lunch! Food is super fresh and yummy. The staff is amazing and friendly and I feel that they are very knowledgeable about the menu and always give me awesome recommendations...I’m hooked on the tacos now!

We use Freshii at City Square for our school lunch orders and they are nothing but wonderful to deal with. They are highly dependable with the food arriving well packaged, fresh and on-time each week. We couldn't reccommend them more!

My office is at City Square so I regularly order group lunches at Freshii. The food is always tasty and fresh, and service is friendly. I'd like to thank Mehak who makes sure my orders are always accurate and timely.

Hii, I order custom bowl I decided to choose ingredients myself with reasonable price. It was delicious, well made, good and polite service by staff also order was on time. I didnt wait long!!happy to visit!!!!Good luck!!

I ordered a bamboo bowl this afternoon and wanted to use a stamp card I was given a while back as compensation for getting hardened rice in my order. I was told that the card might have been expired and then was told it wasn’t after all when she figured out the code. The girl serving me argued that I told them I had ordered a buddha bowl even before they made the food and told me the bamboo bowl was a dollar more. I was fine to pay the extra dollar but then she walked away from the till and rolled her eyes and went to the back. I don’t know if I got less value as punishment or if the portions have changed dramatically. I’m still hungry after.

Do not order from Freshii via Ubereats the portion size is barely a third of what you would get going to the their location yourself. Ubereats can’t do anything except “contact the store and give feedback” you pay $20 for some lettuce. They can give you less and charge full amount and nothing can be done to get your money back or even just get what you ordered.
