Now giving this place a 1 star for the way they handle things its almost like when you ask certain thing they get rude and ignorant.Not to mind you the owner asks if I left them a good review,customers will write good reviews if you respect them then being rude.Last bike I'll ever buy off this company will be going somewhere else next time I make a purchase.

We order lots of parts from every dealership in the area, this being our nearest arctic cat and Kawasaki dealer, it is where we go....or went to get the cat/kawasaki parts. But there must be new parts guys behind the counter, as in the last year they have messed up every Cat and Kawasaki part we ordered, then they'll just blame you. (oh their is a 30% restocking fee, that way they still keep their profit I guess...at your expense).It's really a shame as they used to be a reliable parts source for arctic cat and Kawasaki.We don't usually leave a review like this as we know mistakes happen, but for it to happen on 3 out of 4 parts for the same bike is a bit unacceptable. The last part causing me to write this was the drive shaft seal on the front of the engine, there is only one seal there, and its the wrong one, now we are stuck with the $50 seal they sold us and have to find the correct one.Highly recommend ordering from an online source.

These guys have awesome customer service. They went above and beyond, with the work they did for me. I know I definitely will be using them again. I also will be recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs help with there machine parts and services. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They rock! Keep up the great work guys!

I purchased balancing beads for my bikes tires. The package was specific for ATV so should have contained 4x 2oz glass beads, 4x valve stems, 4x valve caps. The package was opened in the store and the salesperson kind of showed me the contents. When I got home and looked at it. The package was missing 1 of each, the bottle already had the tip cut had a few beads in it and you could see the hose had been on a valve stem (thread marks)Since I was using on a bike I only required 2 of each item. If I did need a proper pack I would have been screwed. Perhaps someone's return accidently got put on the shelf for resale.

I purchased a new Suzuki 750 KingQuad from this location last year, the staff is fantastic, I can't say enough about how the look after their customers. I just had a quality issue with the machine, Suzuki was not helpful but Belleville jumped in right away and looked after me. I'll be a customer for life!

Went in to buy a new four wheeler and had such a great experience. Jordan was very helpful and answered allof our questions. This is not the first time we have dealt with Belleville Sport & Lawn and it definitely will not be the last :)
