When you advertise that you are open until 9 PM you should NOT turn away a customer at 8:56 because the cashiers need to leave by 9:00!". That's what I was told as I tried to enter the store this evening. Paquette's will now get the majority of my business. Don't advertise your open till 9 if you're not going to honour it."

Some of the prices were much higher than town but a fair few of them were also cheaper than deals in town as well. I'd say it's nearly a net balance. Store was clean and organized and the staff were helpful and approachable. Will definitely be back, with the prices of gas it's worth saving the extra trip imho.

Nice clean store with very friendly staff. Produce seems to always be fresh and the bakery has some very nice products. The meat department is always a pleasure to deal with. The staff at the deli counter are top notch and always happy to help with anything you need, if you're not sure what to get at the deli counter feel free to ask, I've been given some nice recommendations on new products to try and have never felt disappointed.

I went in looking for kimchi, I wasn’t able to find any and 3 older gentlemen went out of their way to look for it. Customer service like that is very hard to find. They deserve a raise.

A horrible experience with the meat manager over a price error on their part! What is someone like that doing even speaking to customers! His exact words to me were. An intelligent person would know that's not the real price". So admitting to the error and trying to blame me for noticing. I'm sorry

Will not be going back anytime soon. Flyer has 4 jugs of windshield washer fluid on for 10 dollars went tomthe store turns out it's 5 dollars a jug unless you have some kind of metro app. I mean I am right here in the store and your going to look me in the eye ans tell me it's twice as much unless I buy it on the app... Ridiculous. People wonder by brick and mortar locations are struggling?this kind of stupidity is why. Will not be going back anytime soon

I'm a senior and I appreciate the fact that they pack your groceries for you. I find that some cashiers are not as attentive though. Especially the younger people they have a tendency to pack the bags or tote bins to heavy.
