Found this gem on social media and decided to give it a try. I've never had such a wonderful nail salon experience! The technician was skilled, and the pedicure was out of this world. Plus, the salon's hygiene standards were impressive, and the decor was charming. The location is convenient too, making it an easy choice for anyone in the area. I've been a long-time customer here and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They always do a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. Plus, their nail art designs are so creative! The salon is always clean and the staff is super welcoming. Great location too, right next to my office. Can't recommend them enough!

i showed her a photo, asked her if she could do it, she said yes, and replicated the inspiration exactly! turned out perfect! i even went back in when i realized I missed something, and she did it for me no problem! very kind staff, and did a very good job on my prom nails! good price as well!

I went for a pedicure for the first time to this salon. It was probably one of the worst I’ve had. The nail technician seemed inexperienced right off the top. He cut my toe while filing. He filed into my skin and it bled. Then when he cut my cuticles be went deep into the side of my big toe to cut out and overhang nail and hurt me terribly.His technique for giving a foot and leg massage was also lacking and inexperienced.When I went to pay, the desk clerk asked how everything was. I gave her an honest answer, told her what happened and that I was not happy with the service. She gave me the excuse “he’s new.” When I told her he cut me and I bled and hurt me cutting my cuticles, she apologized and proceeded to check me out anyway. The nail technician told her to charge me $70. The service was $55 but she charged me $70 + tax. It came out to $80. I was so upset that I didn’t bother to ask why they overcharged me.What’s worse, is I was not offered anything to make it right. From a business perspective , I found this surprising. I guess they don’t want or need new business. I truly believe that doing right by the customer is very important for your reputation and in retaining customer relationships.I’m not that kind of person that usually complains and I always give a second chance.This was an awful first time experience at this salon, and I will not be coming back. They missed the mark for me in every way, and missed the opportunity to make it right.
