Had an interview lined up today and they phoned and canceled on me do not recommend this company

I worked at Eagle for 7 years. It was a pleasure working at Eagle the owners care about their employees, they have high quality standards use the best equipment and have great perks. Best place I've ever worked for.

I was hurt on the job working for this business. The day my doctor cleared me for full duties they fired me. I was completely shocked by the news. A company that claims to have a team approach. Eagle Builders doesn't care about their staff. And their Infrastructure plant manager is extremely unprofessional.And they can get away with what they did to me because I was there less than 3 months. Absolutely devastated by this company.

Positive and challenging work environment. Employees are respected and valued.

I was called for the interview, went all the way from Calgary to Blackfaulds, the interview was with the Manager and only HR person was there telling me about the overtime, work load and other kind of stuff, thay didn't ask me about my technical experience, there was another lady from HR she was a new hiring. I didn't get to meet with the person they mentioned in their email, I feel that it's unprofessional and after 2 days I got the email saying they have hired some one else although the same job still keeps loading on multiple sites and their own website. I was disappointed by their attitude.

All their company drivers driving company trucks do not obey traffic safety laws for highways and emergency vehicles. Blowing through emergency accident scenes at full speed is guna kill someone. The law is very easy and everyone knows, when there is flashing emergency lights, which lets face it the emergency lights anre very easy to be seen plus having accident scene laid out with pylons etc, slow the **** down. They had 5 drivers blow through same scene and not ONE of them slowed down and one truck almost rear ended and caused another accident.

Amazing place to work and the people are awesome to work with. Get's jobs done on time.

Same experience as past people complaints. Go for job interview all the way in Blackfalds from Edmonton, they refused to do Microsoft teams or Zoom meeting to save wasting time driving down. Pay must be low because the wage I requested was more than reasonable and industry standard. Took them a whole week to get back to me, even when i called before then to get an answer as i was waiting for other job offers as well. Was told I wasnt the right fit but was not really told an explanation as to why. Hard for someone to improve themselves with terrible communication on their end. They called 2 of my 3 references on the friday just to tell me I wasnt hired anyways. Not sure why they would waste everyones time calling just to not hire someone. Needless to say my references, all professional supervisor, also thought this was bad practice. Benefits seem ok if you can last 5 years to get full benefits. Could be a good company but if my experience is a reflection of past employees and potential employees, perhaps not. They talk a big game about growing , expanding etc. But they definitely dont seem to pick the most qualified people.

Worked for Eagle Builders LP for just over 2 years, enjoyed my job but needed a bit more money to cover living costs so I started looking for a weekend job to supplement my income.As soon as my manager found out I was applying for jobs my employment was terminated for not being committed to Eagle Builders and actively seeking new employment.Apparently once you've been hired they own you. Very toxic management.I would never recommend working for this company.

Just a bunch of liars who do NOT care about your neighborhood or the environment, over 5 weeks of cleaning up garbage from a new homesite in Springbrook after leaving notes and calling eagle who kept saying I’ll pass along your message HA!! Then they got some guy with an accent telling me that eagle builders doesn’t build homes so it’s not their site, red deer county found out it was their site and made them clean it.Watching a disabled veteran who tried to contact them for 3-4 weeks have to get on her knees to clean up insulation that blew out the sides of the house so her dog didn’t eat it is NOT “professional”!!!! It’s also not being a good human….. disappointing to say the least
