We had a very large amount of e-waste that had been accumulating for several years. ERA came out and picked it all up and were done in about 20 minutes! The two people who did the work were very good - I believe it was Jim and Dave. Highly recommended!

These dimwits have no conception of customer service. Their scheduling people give the wrong information, even when asked over and over to repeat appointment times. This happens, so not necessarily a systemic problem, but they are one of those businesses managed from the bottom, meaning that their management tried to accommodate the petty whims of their most incompetent employees, meaning that the customer is always wrong.
