North Hill Mercedes Service

I called in to get a service update, the person who answered the phone from service department was extremely rude, he answered the phone with HELLO, HELLO.. I answered and said is this Mercedes Benz dealership in North York, he then replied I should know that before I call, obviously not in a good mood, instead of being polite and professional on the phone he decided to talk to me in a disrespectful manner and he did not help me out at all, anything I ask for he wasn’t sure or he would say probably or I think so.. he seemed unprofessional, not very knowledgeable or helpful, at the end of our conversation I said ok thank you so much, have a nice day sir, he then decided to just hang up on me without saying anything!I decided to call back and see if I could make an appointment but after trying to call over 10 times, he just decided to ignore and not answer my phone calls!Unbelievably disappointed in Mercedes Benz dealership from North York!

Just called to get a quote, the quote is a little less than dealer price, and I found the store not very customer friendly. honestly if I have to pay such price to theis store I rather add a little more and have it done at the dealer.

Called in to get a quote for a regular maintenance service. The guy was very rude on the phone and quoted me $150 for an oil change.
