First of all 5 stars for the service! The guy at the cashier/counter was amazing! Incredibly helpful and even waited for me to sign up for their app for reward points while they started my drinks. So it's my first time here and I grabbed a passionfruit pineapple tea and a mango slush. The white pearls are some funky mix between a tapioca and a jelly. Takes some getting used to. The prices are pretty good and the place is clean. Will be back to try a grape slush or a strawberry peach tea. Here are some photos of the place and drinks!

EDIT:SunTea reached out to me here regarding the previous experience I had which was an inconsistent mochi milk tea. I would definitely be returning as they make really delicious and refreshing drinks, and the fact that they reached out was surprising because most restaurants or places don't seem to respond to emails even after they tell you to write them. Even though I gave them 4 stars initially, they wanted to show that they are happy to make the extra effort so they definitely deserve 5 stars for that! Thank you SunTea for caring about your customers and for being so responsive. You're officially my favourite bubble tea place :)Original Review:I really want to give this place 5 stars but since I went twice, first time lots of mochi in my soybean mochi milk tea and second time not so much, (only two sips) I think the servings are inconsistent. It may have something to do with who makes the drinks. The first time it was a lady and the second time was a man. The taste is great but wish there was more mochi for a $7 drink. Love the fleshy mango green tea at SunTea in Richmond. A lot of people order online to avoid the wait. Highly recommend. Consistent with the other locations in Burnaby.

The guys at this place are friendly and helpful which made it a good experience. They have a lot of drink options and small desserts. We went at about 9pm on a weekday and it was fairly empty. Parking is fairly easy on the premises. The drinks were simple and tasty but not really mind blowing compared to other spots in the area. Would give them a try for the novelty drinks they offer. I liked their Coconut Pudding Mango Coconut Milk drink.

I love SunTea. their fruit drinks have a unique heavier taste of tea than most other places while still having the nice fruit flavor. i usually go for the mango flavors and it never fails

They have so many interesting, tasty drinks on the menu! They even had some buns/desserts available.We got the Fruit Tea and Fleshy Lychee Tea and they were perfect!!I absolutely loved the toppings that came with the “Fleshy” tea.I liked that the Fruit Tea came with a lid so it is removeable to eat the fruit. They also provided a fork with the fruit tea as well.The place had a great ambience and they had a ticket # system for your order.Highly recommend :)

Went here on a Saturday evening. It wasn't busy in the store, but they were getting mobile orders & pick-ups, so it took a while to get our drinks ready. Soon after leaving we realized that they had failed to put the extra toppings on one of the drinks so we promptly went back. The individuals at the store were apologetic and quickly made a replacement drink with the correct topping added. 5-stars for that! I particularly like how they can make drinks with 0% sugar and the drinks aren't made from syrup.

My go to drink is the fleshy strawberry and peach slush with sea salt cream. One of my favourite drinks, I love the white pearls and jelly.

This store is severely short staff and the wait time is unbelievable long. Cashier has to make drinks and take order at the same time and the fantun orders are incoming non stop. I feel bad for the staff as she just keep telling people “I’m sorry please give me a second”. Drinks are good but service needs to speed up.

The mochi soy bean milk tea was really good. Boxed cake wise, I thought it was fine. Did not surprise me, and it was a bit on the expensive side.But would come here for a casual chat!Price: $-$$Food: 4.5Atomosphere: 4/5Comeback rate: 60%
