Excellent service!! Darren has great communication skills and his 2 movers were very professional and personable.I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about hiring someone through an on line ad not knowing much about their company but my worries were for nothing as they picked up and delivered to me earlier than expected.I recommend them and would definitely use them again!!

This was the first time that I booked kw transport. And unfortunately they had to deal with a broken elevator for one of the movings. I did wait 5 hours though and my moving was delayed but the guys from kw did show up with 4 people instead of two(free) as a nice gesture for the inconvenience caused.They quickly wrapped and moved my furniture and I was in the new apartment within the next 2 hours.The guys did apologize for the delay and were understanding.Although unfortunate events do happen. I would still not hesitate to book them again.

Very slow, also they gonna take a break and you have to pay for it . Do not recommend at all

Desperate times call for desperate measures!!! i called these crooks after finding their number on Kijiji for a move on Saturday June 29th. He quoted 'Minimum of 3hrs at 135.00 $/hr. Which includes 1hr travel, 1 Truck, time 2 Professional Movers'. They show at my place at 9 am half as sleep asked to use my bathroom. took them 2hours to pack a couch and bedroom set dresser and night stand. I asked to bring bags to cover my couch and mattress at an extra cost which they didn't i had to run to Canadian tire myself to get my bags. on our way to drop my items they tell me they have to stop to get gas , which is something they should have done as 'professionals' especially if i am paying you per hour at this point. i waited 20 minutes for them to arrive after me.Now when i mention this to the owner he says well we need gas to pick up your stuff. if you know you have a client in the morning you show up ready to work with gas in your car not on the job on my time!when it was time to pay they could not agree on the price. One tells me 150$ and the other 135$ plus i gave a 135$ deposit which he said 100$ after he sent me an invoice. NOW the fun part! he tells me pay cash therefore no taxes ,only to charge me 100$ tax in the end which i refused to pay and he started threatening me and calling me all kind of names, mind you all this time him and his employees are using my phone to communicate! he has the audacity to scream at me asking me to give MY PHONE to his employees so he can tell them to harass me more which i refused. I was alone so they thought they could intimidate me or something which didn't work.AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE OR JUST RENT A TRUCK AND GET YOUR FRIENDS TO HELP CAUSE THESE JOKERS ARE NOT WORTH IT ONE BIT. NO WONDER THEY ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE EVEN ON JULY 1ST.Dont go with all the reviews they seem to be friends and family except from the negative ones.

The best movers I have ever had. Very professional and well mannered. They were very carefull with my furniture treated it like it was thier own. Would definetly move with them again great experience and they were very quick excellent for the price very happy with thier services.

Great experience, the movers were on time and gave me very knowledgeable information about unpacking.

Great professional movers. Punctual and enthusiastic...no complaints would definitely recommend.
