A customer service rep named Josh was extremely helpful in finding a setup that was perfect for me. Very knowledgeable and personable. Through conversation he gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase! He also encouraged me to take my time and try out a bunch of different juices to maximize the enjoyability of my vaping endeavours. 10/10 Will be returning here for all future purchases and inquiries. I'd strongly encourage anyone (from vaping veterans to people who are just starting out) to hit up One Stop Vape Shop. Customer service here has gone above and beyond the call of duty to create a relaxing atmosphere and overall, one very satisfied customer.

Excellent service and knowledgable staff. Went in with an idea of what I wanted to replace an old mod and came out with a better product for less money than I expected to pay. Really glad we have a good place here on the West Side.

Selling kits you dont carry the coils for is shady afGet handed the wrong coils? Guess what you cant return or exchange them. Nope you just...dont get what you need. You get handed a bottle of juice you dont even want and cant vape cause THEY DONT CARRY the coils for the kit you bought from them.When trying to exchange the coils i asked if we could use the value of the coils and buy a new tank, pay the difference?Nope because their boss is cheap and wont let them do that"This is abysmally bad customer service. An incredibly horrible policy. Showing their true colors

It's -35 outside today, I don't drive, and I have a movement disability. I live right near this place so I figured I can walk. I get there and they've moved locations to down the parking lot, I follow where they said they were located and they aren't there. I was not going to risk my health further to look for them.Im extremely mad that they weren't where they said they were located, and if they were, it sure isn't obvious.

I had purchased a brand new vape to replace the one I had broken which had a defect in the second tank. This was all good as the shop in question replaced the tank and I was on my way... but at no point during both visits was I told that the two tanks did not match and one was made for tighter pulls" as I have a couple broken ribs this is not beneficial in any way due to it feeling as though I am pulling air thru a straw. I only hope that in the future the employees are trained to understand and explain these differences and that someone might need two different types of coils for both tanks to work. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future"

I went today to get a container replacement for my vape but the guy works there tried to explain to me why would I need to change it and we ended up discovering the roots of the problem which is the coils, he explained how they work and when and how I should change it. He even told me you don’t need to buy the container even though I didn’t have any experience and I could have easily bought it.Thank you guys for the amazing service you provide and I’m sure I’ll be back for future purchases.

I walked in looking for a new mod as an upgrade from the pod I was using. The kid behind the counter instantly went full-out used car salesman on me. He just pushed products in front of me without listening to me or telling me about any of the products he was suggesting. My questions were answered in very vague and general terms, and some things he told me were completely incorrect and I suspect he knew that but just wanted me to buy something, instantly, even though there was nobody else in the store. What a weird experience altogether.I walked in with a $300 budget and within minutes I already knew that I wasn't going to make a purchase. What a complete waste of time. I don't normally review, much less on a single experience, but if this is the quality of staff then there are better options in town.

I wasn't issued a receipt when asked for one (printer error.) I was not informed about their no refund policy and so I was unable to return an unopened product less than 24 hours later for a refund. Heads up for others, they won't be upfront about their policy. The two men I spoke to were not rude, however the one making the sale at this location should have been much more forward about things prior to accepting money.

I have never felt more uncomfortable and like we were a complete inconvenience coming in to pick up some new oils. Usually the staff is very helpful but the new chick with the tattoos and all the make up was very rude and made us feel very unwelcome and how dear we come and buy things at your store while you were visiting with your friends. We live on the west so this is our regular location but if we go in and see she is work we will be finding a new shop.
