Place is under new management. Had the super sized burrito and I felt like I gained 2 pounds. It was massive. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely come again.

First time at this location, staff were very friendly. Got myself buffalo burrito. It was made perfect. Can't wait to go back try their tacos!!!

Yes, it used to be my favourite place too - but recently:I ordered from uber eats, and I didn’t receive one bowl from 3, before contacting uber - I thought I would call them and let them know - so that they can contact uber too and know whats happeningThe guy over the phone was so defensiveHe said, “It's not my problem, and you can contact uber, I put in 3 bowls; I can't do anything.”Well, we know that but be polite - such bad service - people working here, does not even know how to talk.

This place used to be my all time favourite burrito shop. Now they are cutting corners by trying to be “more efficient”. I always get the sautéed veggie burrito and they no longer cook the veggies fresh. Now the veggies are soggy and they give way less.

First time trying this chain, it's more of a Burrito Boyz than a Chipotle. But if I'm comparing to Burrito Boyz then I have to rank this place lower, only because it's less authentic I would say. The ingredients and cleanliness and staff are all top notch, I would just have to say that the way it's prepared and the fish options available at BB are just better. I'm old school millennial and I'd rather eat at BB, But the new school millennial kids will like it I guess.Not bad though..

Had my first huge sauteed veggie burrito , it was big no doubt . Tasted good but could be better with a bit more salt n spices .The loaded it to top with guacamole included and no extra . Overall happy and good clean restaurant inside
