I recently had the pleasure of playing at Wildflower Golf Course in Detroit Lakes, MN, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From start to finish, this golfing experience exceeded all my expectations. The consistent speed and true roll added an exciting element to the game, challenging me to bring my A-game while still keeping it enjoyable. The greens were immaculately maintained, enhancing the overall playing experience.The fairways were also in remarkable condition. The well-manicured grass provided a perfect surface for clean, crisp shots. It was evident that the course management puts great effort into ensuring the fairways are well maintained, and it truly paid off. This course is a gem! The course was in great shape, greens were fast, fairways were smooth and the views were picturesque. Hole 5 was my favorite with a slight dogleg right off the tee and a sloping fairway hitting down to the green. The course nods to their namesake with beautiful wildflowers and prairie restoration areas. Beautiful mature trees which makes for a couple challenging tee shots. Highly recommend, it’s a great getaway with friends and family with lodging across the street at Fair Hills! Fair Hills has something for everyone to accommodate all personalities and interests.

Wildflower is in great shape! Greens are smooth and rolling well. The improvements they have made in the last few years are really paying off and have enhanced the layout. Terrific value!

Course is cool - however, we booked our tee times on-line and when we arrived, they charged us all $12 more per-person than what was posted online at the time we booked... pulled the 'ol switcheroo on us! Complete BS! And then, we had a marshall follow us because of our pace of play". We had a 79 year old man playing with is who is having some health issues. They literally hounded us and mentioned it 3 times before it finally came to a head when we snapped back at them. The marshall's had zero sympathy. That stopped them following us

Went up to Wildflower earlier this week for the first time. Absolutely fell in love with the course. Such a great layout and all of the staff was wonderful. Greens were some of the best I've played in MN this year. Can't wait to go back!

Great golf experience! Beautiful course, beautiful weather, and very friendly staff made for a great all around experience!

Great golf course. Numerous tee boxes. Black tee are incredibly long. This course is very challenging but has some very unique holes with elevation change.

Wildflower Golf Course was such a fun course to play. Everything was in spectacular condition. Course had great variety with beautiful views.

Greens were rolling smooth and fairly fast in July 2017. It was the best they've been in years, in my opinion. The course was in great shape and they had a weekday special with a cart for a very reasonable rate. I really like the design of almost all the holes on this course and would rank it as one of my favorite courses. There are multiple sets of tees (4 I believe) so all levels of golfers can find a yardage that works for them. I recommend!
