Terry was great to deal with. Answered all of my Qs, over and over, again. Took the initiative to attend our home on a busy day and assess our needs, taking photos… even if there was nobody home. And, after install, both Joey and Chuck (installers) were back, without delay, to look at, assess and tweak some minor concerns. Recommended!

Excellent customer service. Terry was great throughout the process and was on hand to answer all my greenhorn questions about garage doors. The door arrived before we were ready to accept it and Terry was more than happy to store it for us in the meantime. Installation was quick and the job was done to a very high standard. I was happy with the repair to my Garage Door until I got the invoice. Just be aware that you pay a full hour ($120/hr) even if the second hour takes 15 minutes. So, for a relatively simple repair I paid $240 labor! Must be a great business where you can bill 12 hrs in a 8hr day.

Ordered a door several months ago. There was a delay due to Covid. Once the door arrived from the factory, Terry was quick to make an appointment and he and his staff did a great job on the installation! They were fast and professional and also disposed of my old door which I was not expecting. Definitely recommend!
