Pacific Oak Clinic

I know this is my second time reviewing but I’d just like to say that the staff here are absolutely fantastic. The receptionists work hard to make sure everything is good and that you get your meds on time etc. Also Dr.hall is one of the most experienced and professional doctors I have ever worked with. Definitely check this place out if you need opioid agonist therapy or any other related issues.

I attended this clinic with a friend as his support and I was blown away by the friendly and welcoming nature of the staff. Jenn and Caila were incredible and helped my friend feel safe and heard and human. He voiced concerns to me earlier about how suboxon clinics have been the worst for him, about how uncomfortable he feels when staff look right through him, or treat him like a lost cause. He was so relieved with the treatment he received here. He couldn't stop telling me how happy he was the whole drive home. The staff here really made a difference to him and I wish I could tell them in person.

I've been a patient here for a while, and I've got no complaints. Was a patient of Dr. Hunters until he left very recently - not certain who my new Doc is, yet, but fingers crossed he's just as good, supportive and non-judgy.You'll get the odd person 'slumming it' and acting superior to all the locals who are patients there, but they're happily the exception to the rule.

Good place to go

Dr Glenn Morris and his wife make life a better place for some of us who don't have the privilege of being cared for by family they make you feel like you are a part of theirs. everyone needs to feel cared and or loved by somebody sometimes and dealing with people in addiction is a very hard place to be so to have the patience and understanding that they do as well as keeping it still professional and with in the boundaries that they are required to do so takes a very special kind of person this office has it going on from the Dr. The counselors and even the reception I give it a A++ and 5***** rating.Thank you Pacific Oak clinic for everything.

Doctor hunter is very well educated and a wonderful doctor. The other patients are less than upstanding citizens but its totally worth it.

If the highly successful programs they're going to offer you isn't motivation enough for you, the staff, particularly JENNIFER and CAILA have such a warmth and empathetic demeanor that it's impossible not to feel better about yourself and your situation. In a business where Burning Out is the norm for all, these two ladies are seemingly investing even more of themselves to ensure that you have the absolute best chance of getting that demon off your back. I would be lost without the support of them and I thank God for this clinic.

Great receptionists and hands down some of the best doctors I've ever seen in Vancouver. Highly recommend for drug treatment programs methadone Suboxone kadian etc.
