Why a company doesn't even try to give good service, is beyond me. Wake up dude it's 2018.

Terrible experience called for golf cart mags , asking if they have in stock .. The guys answers no we don't sell .. But they advertise it . I ask another question is it cause your out of stock.. Can I order some ? He says next year ... Really ? What kind of answer it thatNEVER GOING TO SHOP HERE ! Terrible service

I bought a cart from this place, last year.... CAUTION!!!!!! you buy it, he delivers it. Anything goes wrong he will make you bring the cart back to him (impossible without a trailer) will not do on site service, even if you are close... not service oriented. Cart was sold and not two weeks old when the clicking sounds in the brakes required maintenance, seeing how you don't... and a response that you can't do repairs might have been mentioned before purchase. ... and I can assure you that the cart was less than in good working order... without brake fluid or required working parts... what you forgot to mention in your response was this cart is made up of three carts from China.. that is why after multiple requests for a manual there was none. multiple computer issues and shorts in the computer motor... you can state what you want.. but I can assure you.. I have a qualified tech looking after it now.. and when I told him who I purchased it from.. it was a knowing nod.... Find someone else that will stand behind products that they are selling!! BUYER BEWARE!As an added note! This cart was sold with a faulty electrical system!! Stay away and save your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well my experience was good and bad. Good first，they have cheap batterys. The bad they are horrible to deal with. Getting info from the about there products is like pulling teeth. When you walk through the door you will be greeted with a attitude like you are interrupting them.

I send my zappy bike to change the battery and some maintenance , I won’t regret that , the lady will assist you and welcome you with genuine smile and excellent service, highly recommended.
