AMAZING!!!! I walked in with an awful pain in my toe from an ingrown toe nail and walked out with absolutely no pain at all. John took such great care of me. The spa is very COVID friendly and clean. They have fresh chair covers and tub liners for each customer. There are plexi-glass dividers as well. The pedicure was much needed and so wonderful. My toes look great and the massage was amazing.John and Trish are lovely, and really pride themselves on exceptional customer service. I am very happy and will be back soon.

I took my 86 year old mom in for her first manicure ever. I told the staff this hoping she would get a wonderful experience. I also asked if we could sit together rather than opposite ends and they told me no bc they had already set up the stations which after I sat down she proceeded to do. Should I mention that there were no other customers so no need to worry about social distancing. My mom's mani was a basic nail clip and polish. A rushed one at that. Not sure she even got a top coat. No hand massage. She was done before mine was finished. The guy doing her nails went and sat at the back of the shop reading. No other customers came in. In fact my person finished my nails then set up a pedi station to do her own feet. Just left us sitting there. At opposite ends feeling awkward. I had been trying to convince my mom to have a pedi but she said afterwards that she doubts he would know what to do with her feet! My mom is still talking about how disappointing that was. Will never go back and never recommend.

Just had an absolutely AMAZING experience here. I had my old shellac nails removed, nail polish put on, and then a quick hair + bangs trim.John and Trish were so friendly, fun, and professional. Trish took care of my nails and did a fast and amazing job. John trimmed my hair and gave me some side/curtain bangs, and it was the fastest hair cut I've ever gotten and one of the best at the same time.Their salon is very clean and pretty. Prices are AMAZING - less than $50 for shellac removal, new polish, and hair trim (before tip). I will definitely be returning! 10/10 would recommend for any hair or nail services. :)

They did not do a good job. My nails were thick and it appeared that she had worked for two weeks because he left a great distance between the nail and the flesh. When I told them it was not good, she treated me fiercely.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I went to this place and asked for long nails. The man gave me short nails, when I asked him to fix it and he told me I kept changing my mind. He then proceeded to tell me that my thumb nail should be longer than the rest of my nails. I told him I liked them all one length. He then told me to get out. His wife at first tried to tell him to fix them but he got angry and said get out. His wife then backed him out and they were both EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. I left half way through my nails in shock. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went here a month ago to get a new set of gel nails. First time being there was pleasant. Until I came in for a fill 2 weeks later. I walked in and I was the only person in the salon, picked the colour I wanted. Sat down and informed Trish that I wanted to change the shape of my nails. I noticed one nail was a bit crooked, after kindly showing her she fixed it and I was finally happy with the shape. A few moments later John comes from the back room and grabs my chair away from the table and starts wheeling me to the front door (while I’m still sitting down) if I don’t like her work, I need to leave. I was shocked and confused as to what was going on. Trish ended up finishing my nails, I paid and left. Being the only customer in the store this made me extremely uncomfortable and assured me that I will not be giving my business to them again.
