If u have patience you will get your new sin number in 3/4 hrs time. Waiting time is same or worst in other locations atleast the staff here is very polite and friendly.I went in today to get my new sin number for first time at 8:30 am and was able to get it printed by 12 noon.The process itself is only 10 minutes but you wait for people ahead of you. So if you want it in under 1 hr it's best you show up early around 7:30.I hope this was helpful.Thanks.

I went there lady with full tattoos on arms crossing by talk to me her tone was ok but face gesture was very rude. Raised eyes and attitude rather polite and helpful. Felt so harassed in people

I has an 8:30am appointment. I was seen at 8:31am. I didn't get the name of the person who processed my application, but he sat at window number 9. He was extremely pleasant and respectful. He quickly processed my application, and I was out of the office by 9:02am!There were a few people in 'no appointment' line...I'd say maybe 50 people. Still much better than the Central City location. I was there the week before with no appointment, and there must have been at least 200 people there split between the upstairs room and the main office. I was told it could be up to 4 hour wait or MORE!!!!!.. and you are only allowed 3 hours on your parking!Keep checking the service Canada appointment website throughout the day...that's what I did and I was lucky to get an appointment...someone must have canceled because the time slot I got wasn't there just an hour before I last checked. Went in here without an appointment at around 6 am for 2 passport application. There were three in front of me and by 8.30 the queue started to increase further. We were let in at around 8.35 am and the service was really quick. The application processing took around 20 minutes for 2 applications. But finally when I exit I was amazed to see that there were only 2 people waiting outside. I think they have increased the number of staffs here and the service has got better

Poor service. I have been coming here from 3 days and until today i couldn't get in because the staff is unable to process. People in the line are waiting since 5am in the morning its 12 pm now they couln't even get close to the gate. Very poir service

“Service Cannot-da”Lengthy queues & very very very very very very slow movement. (Each very weighs one hour). People without appointments are having to stand in the queue for seven hours straight and there’s no guarantee that they can get in!! Pathetic experience.On the other hand getting an appointment is impossible within 3 weeks. Many confessed that they never got a call back with confirmed appointment when they requested online appointment.And finally, the online and mail-in applications take anywhere from 15-20 days as per their website (not guaranteed). Overall this is a torture and utter failure.People have made multiple visits over few days, waiting for 4-5 hours each day and returning with disappointment. I could rate this service 0 stars.

Went today , waited 6 and half hours . Ridiculous!! Only one worker was fast and getting a few done , rest of workers so slow and don’t care . Then they go on breaks , taking turns . One hour and half right there . Seeing 2 people in an hour and half is unacceptable. Security guard busy telling us all to move closer . There was no more room in line up , where does he want us to go ?? On top of each other.. he even kicked an older lady out of a seat so he could seat there . Shame on him !! Avoid going to this centre at all costs . Slow , rude staff . The guy that finally processed my passport was pleasant but very slow !!

Worst place ever to get your work done. Best advise is to go to any other location. They are not even working properly. The day I visited they are 3 employees working there and still I have to wait for 5 hours. It is clearly visible that they are only attending 2-3 people per hour which is really slow.Worst locationWorst service

Just a friendly reminder to the Mr. doorman at the door - pls note that not everyone who comes thru the door knows everything about the cut off times, or about what all services are available at this location.A little bit of kindness towards those who come in for basic info and ask you gently should not be treated by you like they r a second class citizen.Pls be respectful to all not make others laugh at someone seeking info and if you want to be passive aggressive there are jobs that suit that profile but not representing this job as a Canadian.

Friendly & knowledgeable. Staff keep you informed of wait times.tip: Get there at least 1 1/2hrs before opening to be one of the first in line.
