Some one slashed one of my tires and it took several hours just to get a replacement tire, when I did the dealership I got the tire at was unable to install the new tire and also wanted to charge 100$ for the one tire, my fiance recommended I call Castor Automotive since she and her family go there so I did. Paul took me right away and was a fraction of the price, he was also very friendly with my kid who I had to bring with me and he was professional,I'll definitely be coming back for my car needs.

Has been my mechanic from way back when they were mister muffler in the glebe. Paul is reasonable with his pricing and is always willing to go the extra mile :) His techs are great too, they always find a way to make it work.

I have always had a great experience at Castor. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. They are the kind of mechanics that look out for you and don't try to stick you with unnecessary costs. That's hard to find. Great staff all around and no complaints after 2 years of dealing with them and multiple cars.

Very pleased with my first experience at Castor Automotive. Paul was very knowledgeable, helpful and communicated very well while my car was being repaired.Pricing was fair, and the turnaround was quick. Most important though was the fact that I never felt as though I was being taken advantage of.After inspection I was provided a list of should" repair items and a list of "could" repair items.Certainly would recommend the team at Castor for automotive servicing."

Excellent service. Went in for one issue during which another was uncovered, it was shown to me before I agreed to the repairs and replacement parts/work was done very quickly as well. 100% satisfied, will be going back again next time I need to!
