I have been trying to call for 5 hours now to check on the status of my order that should have been ready 2 hours from the time I ordered. It’s been 4 hours now ….. called customer service and they couldn’t help!

I visited there just before New Year's Eve. I'm 6 months pregnant and I couldn't find any tights for my belly in Vaughan Millls Mall. I finally decided to check out Lululemon's plus sizes. When I entered the store I saw huge line at tills like 50 person. I decided to give it a shot for finding my size. There was a teammate called Eva (I gues) and she offered me 2 options. I tried in fitting room and voila! Found my actual size. Then I go trough to the tills and huge line was still there. I went back and asked to Eva if there is a chance to pay online and pick the product from store. She went to ask the other teammates and when she came back, she helped me! In that rush, she was so kind, patient and understanding. She survived my day and my big belly. I'm so lucky to have come across such a teammate. Thank you Lululemon Vaughan Mills store!

One of the girls working here was extremely rude when talking to me and had an attitude, she was honestly being really disrespectful. Horrrrrrible customer service, my experience here was terrible.

Store is always busy so challe ge to get assistance

Store is really slick and modern, cool looking. if you like Lulu, you will love this shop. They sell Olympic Canada stuff now. Nice but expensive.

Never ever purchase gift cards from lululemon. The have an internal fraud in their system. It could even be there own employees. I purchased two gift cards for two different friends and both cards turned out to be used. I had lululemon investigate and they said I need to do a police report. This is unfair and mostly it was embarrassing in front of my friends.They should have done an internal fraud case. Please don’t buy any gift cards from lululemon. Your money will get stolen.

One of my favorite places and locations to pick up my yoga, sports and athletic wear. I have a few of their seasonal outerwear along with their clothes that I have picked up over the years. I recently picked up a backpack that continues to surprise me and delight me with its practical and functional design, many hidden pockets and top-notch quality. The staff are super stellar each and every visit. They support each other in serving the customer with ease, a genuine heartfelt caring and ease. That has been my consistent experience at this location over the last 3 years. They like their customers and enjoy helping them figure out what best serves them. No sales pressure, just customer satisfaction. Love that! At the onset I initially thought the brand was a bit pricey But now know first hand that it delivers in great quality and longevity therefore worth the investment. The clothes wear well. Love my sweat suits and sport outfits. My mom was a highly skilled seamstress and later a tailor who instilled the concept of buying the set, never piecemeal and glad for this early learning. I live in my lu lu’s (ha ha) with comfort and ease of movement for the gym, daily walks, grocery shopping...everywhere. They tuck me in, I feel strong and grounded in these clothes and feel great wearing them. Thank you Lululemon! It took me a long time to discover you, always felt a bit intimidated to walk into the store, believing it sold clothes for the young and fit people only. Go in and try something on and see how you feel. It all comes down to enjoying a good quality of life and who you choose to help you achieve it! Life is Good!Life is Good! :)

They signed up my email for their spam without asking. This is a fineable offense and i have reported the employee and the business.

A staff claimed she would make an exception and hold an item for me on the side rack and inform the front staff. Unfortunately, she did not inform the front staff and another customer quickly took it off the unmonitored rack and purchased the item.

The cashiers discriminated against me.I had to wait almost 10 minutes to buy two bags.There was a lady in front of me, she was returning the goods.I am next. But one of cashier didn't call me even though she has no customer! She knew that I was waiting for few minutes. She just talked to staff. Without calling me.I looked at her for a long time, and then I asked her. Why don't you call me? I've been waiting for a few minutes! The staff stared me without any mention of apology. And she said I will call another staff! And she continued to talk with other staff!!I was so angry.Really disappointed her ridiculous behavior.I won't go to the store again."
