Went through the drive thru. Fountain machine was broken so had to get a different drink and they charged me to get a different drink when their machine was broken.. then scanned the app for 2.00 off premium combo and it didn't come off my total of $14 something. The girl at the first window could not understand us at all. We both tried to explain it to her that we shouldn't have been upcharged for wendys inconvenience and the missing 2.00 off, so we said okay thank you and went to second window. They said nothing they could do at second window and should've been done at first window. She said the girl at the first window doesn't fully know how the app works and that it has to be put in manually. So didn't get the discount

went to the drive thru, and ordered, paid and when I get to the second window the girl says it didn’t go through and was being so annoyed so I say oh I’m sorry I’ll try again. She hands me the debit machine I pay again, and the whole time she had so much attitude and no customer service skills at all.I get my food, leave and I think maybe I should check my online banking to see what’s happening why it didn’t go through.It went through 2 times. So I go back and I tell them and everyone else was super nice except for this same girl. The other employee was saying sorry for that and she just didn’t say anything the whole time, handed the money didn’t even ask me if It was okay to give me cash instead of refunding to my card or anything just walked off. I think her name was Holley, she had terrible customer services skills. This goes to show how one persons attitude and communication looks bad on the whole team.

I have been here several times prior this review. Today, I come for lunch with my friends. Baconator is something you should try if calories are not your main concern. Their salads are good too. The wait time is acceptable. The parking lot is big. No worry on parking at all.If you are in a hurry, drive-through is available.

A great job by the staff in getting our order quickly and served promptly. The fries were hot and each burger customized as requested.The dining space was clean and well kept.

Coldest burger (or piece of food) I've ever had. Not sure how you serve a burger this cold. I lived in 3rd world countries and never had food this cold. Get it together Wendy's.Friendly staff though. 1 star for the friendly staff.

Less than average. Wendy’s I find is usually better in terms of cleanliness and preparation but this time it was poor. Burger was super messy. Didn’t grab a pic of fries but quantity was low. It’s fast food and prices do reflect

Staff is very professional and yet still friendly and helpful! They actually made us feel valued as customers, not something you see often in a fast foid restaurant.
