Really bad service. I got my eyelashes done and it seems the girl, who happened to be the manager, wasn't even trained to provide the service. She was so unprofessional, she focused more on trying to sell other products rather than on what she was being paid to do. I paid way too much for something so unsatisfactory. I came in for a natural set and she barely added any extensions so they looked incomplete and the quality of the eyelashes is so cheap. They looked so bad I got them removed the next day. I would not come here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to people either.

Christine was amazing and very friendly, she did an amazing job in to advising me in what type of lash lift and tint to get, she explained to me the benefits. I really love the final results and she also suggested me some oil free products for my lashes so the effect can last longer. I'll be definitely coming back, perhaps for other treatments as well.

Really great service and lashes! Love the hybrid set and would definitely go back again for any event or even everyday look. Looking forward to try new sets! Alizah has been amazing and I’d go back to her for sure!

Excellent service by Alizah. She really took the time to understand what I needed. She is extremely professional and detail oriented. Had a thoroughly amazing experience at MYNC. The lash tech talked me through the whole thing because I'm fairly new to it and she made sure I was comfortable. I was very happy with the outcome of my lashes as well.

The staff went above and beyond. I showed up with my 3 month old baby and they were soo accommodating, friendly and helpful. I am also very satisfied with the brow shaping itself and appreciated the fact that Alizeh took the time to ask me what sort of shape I liked and showed me the hair she would be removing prior to doing so

I came in for a brow lamination and tint. It was my first time getting this service. I'm so glad that Christine was the one who helped me! She made me feel so comfortable, explained every step, and always asked my approval if I liked how my brows were looking. She definitely pulled through because my brows never looked better!! Overall, the experience was great and Christine is such a sweetheart. I would definitely come back again.

I have always had such a great experience at this location. Alizah is my favourite girl to come see and get my lashes done with. She does the best job every-time and makes you feel so comfortable. Definitely would recommend!
