The Children's Place

The lady in charge is not aware that she works in the children's store. He had a very rude and arrogant approach and warned our child in a meaningless and rude way. I will never pass by this store again.

Went to this store to buy my son jogging pants as he refuses to wear anything else. Not one single pair was to be found. When I asked the associates where I could find some and they didn't know and walked away. Not good customer service at all.

Ordered 8 pairs of pjs online for my nieces and nephews for an annual Xmas sleepover tradition that we have carried on after my mom passed away from cancer a few yrs ago. I ordered an extra pair to ensure I had a backup for sizing purposes. Today, I tried to return the extra pair (not worn and in original Packaging) with my online receipt. I was advised that it was over 45 days from my order date and therefore my only option was to get $8.00 (current sale price) out of the $21 I had originally paid. AND, the $8 could only be used towards an exchange. I could not get a refund or a store credit. The customer service rep was friendly, but there was no budging and she suggested I donate them.I’m sorry, but I fail I understand the logic behind this. Why can I not have a store credit for the amount that I paid when returning an unopened package?I will not be purchasing anything from Children’s Place again!In order to get the 8 matching Pajama’s with the variety of sizes, I had to order early! Yet, I can’t get a refund or a store credit BECAUSE I ordered early! Doesn’t seem fair or reasonable at all. Not impressed!

Really expensive store though they have the 70% off signs. One onesie set was priced at $46 and after their discount would have been around $14 which is more reasonable, but not everything is in the discount. Some cute clothing, in general it’s a bit dark in there and feels a bit crowded in terms of space vs how much product is out.

Very rude staff. We were told, quite rudely, that we couldn't try on anything, even on the floor, because of covid even though every other clothes store I've been to has found ways to let us try clothes on without issues. In this time of economic uncertainty it might make sense to not drive customers out of your store with unfriendly policies and staff.

One of the staff members appears to treat the center of the store as their command center, and just shouts greetings or questions at customers regardless of where they are. For a store that sells stuff for kids it's surprisingly difficult to navigate with a stroller.

The staff at conestoga mall were very helpful. The girls helped me find outfits for my niece and nephew. Very friendly and will cone again!

The lady on the floor was very kind but the lady at the till was very rude to my sister-in-law and my mother but kind to me. I don't understand how someone could be so rude to someone let alone the people I'm with but very kind and complimentive to me... Definitely not a happy camper.

Looks like a store that is understaffed, over worked, and have no concept of what a line up looks like. It feels so disorganised for a children's store. Some would argue baby that is learning how to eat by themselves would be a lot cleaner than the store itself.My biggest pet peeve is the line uo to the cashier. How on earth do they have two opposite sides for the cashier. There's no line up system and so what I could see happening was people pushing in so they could get pay for their items quicker. One of my least favourite stores in Connestoga Mall to go inside. If you have to pick between in store or online shopping, go online!
