This place is incredible!! If you ever need any spices, rubs, utensils, equipment, etc. for butchering and preparing meat - this is your place. The staff are super knowledgeable and very helpful, and if they don't have what you want, they can likely get it for you.

They do have friendly staff and a lot of spices and equipment, but they also remove reviews from products on their website. This stufferdoes not come with a hornsmall enough for collagencasing for pepperoni sticks.This stuffer does not havewhat appears to be astandard size nut to hold thehorn on so the only optionyou have to get a smallerhorn, is to buy a 4 piece setof horns for $125 (may beon sale for $75). There is aton of cheap single sizehorns for sale but none ofthem will fit this stuffer.”

As always the service from High Caliber was great. Shipping is always fast with no hic-ups. Their spice produces and pre mixes always taste the best.

Tried the bratwurst flavoring on venison and it turned out amazing.

I ordered a new 5lb sausage stuffer to replace my old stuffer that I stripped the plastic gears on, halfway through a batch of Donair sausages. Did a little web surfing and found the High Caliber site. They had an updated, steel geared version of my old stuffer on sale for a great price, as well as a free shipping offer! Ended up ordering a set of stainless stuffing tubes and some cure with the money saved.To top it all off, my order arrived earlier than expected, AND the folks at High Caliber tossed in a hand signed Christmas card to me, thanking me for my order.
