I had to get an ultrasound on my achilles tendon and the scan wasn't clear enough to show the severity. My doc asked for a second scan and showed the same thing. After 6 months of not being able to walk a specialist told me to book somewhere else and I found out I need surgery asap. Basically this place failed to accurately scan my ankle otherwise I'd have gotten surgery long ago.

If I could give a zero I would.Had two expierences here. Once for an ultrasound and they took the wrong scans. We had paid out of pocket and they tried to make us pay again for the second scan. We had to argue to get the corrected scans redone for free as it was their fault. They should've accepted their mistake gracefully without causing a fuss.This time my mom went for an x-ray, and advised the tech specifically to pay attention to doctors notes. The tech was rude and told her she knows what she's doing, but yet again the scans are wrong and my mom will be going to a different x-ray lab to get her scans redone.

I called the clinic to have an X-ray at 16:10 and mentioned to them that I will need 30 minutes to arrive. The agent told me to come at 16:40 and I arrived at 16:38 and the clinic closed! The agent was closing in front of me and saw me and left. There was a glass between us so I couldn’t speak to her. What a time respect! Don’t give an appointment if you can’t stay. The clinic hours are till 17:00 to be notes.

Today I had a rather scary appointment and the technician who attended to me was kind and gentle (turns out it was simple). I am new to the neighborhood and have found my new clinic to visit should any health issue arise once again.Thank you for your service ❤

The male X-Ray technician was hostile and was responding to me like I was a child. He had a heavy accent and he was wearing a mask and a face shield, so I didn't understand his instructions on which way to put on the disposable gown since I don't do x-rays often. After I changed and went into the room, I asked him if I put it on right, he kept repeating what did I tell you

I was there for a mammogram and very not happy with the unprofessional service. The technician was hostile and rough. I ended up with injuries after the procedure. Will never go there again!!
