Solid gym, great staff. Worked out here for over a year and was satisfied throughout. Planning on coming back here soon.

This is such an incredible gym! A little small but if you go at the right times it’s the perfect little spot. I find it somewhat humorous that people complain about the service fees or cancellation policy. Most and all gyms I have ever been a member at have similar terms so clearly they have never signed up at a gym before or didn’t read their agreements before signing.Despite this gym being a tad small, it’s got all the equipment you need and the staff are so incredibly friendly and polite. I had an issue with my payment this month(completely my fault) and the front desk staff was extremely understanding. 1000% would recommend.

To be honest, I looked for budget gym. Despite that other message, I went yesterday today to register, there was a lady and a gentleman who are super friendly, show us around the gym, explain everything.I booked for tomorrow through email, response quickly and nicely.They explained about Covid situation,1. Should make a booking before come down to prevent, people limit and go home2. Tissue and sanitizer to wipe the equipment after useThere are planty of equipments. Some are out of order not because of broken for social distance.Might not have so updated equipments. But you can exercise every single part of muscles or fitness.Best part is 24/7. If you are shift worker or early bird or late night worker suite you.I am not a promoter, just a positive reviewer.If you look for effortable or limited budget on fitness this is good for you.If you think, you can spend 400CAD above, look for shiny, vibrant, updated equipment and atmosphere, please skip.

Best value for the price gym in my neighbourhood. This gym was the primary reason I chose the apartment that I'm in as it is just a 5 minute walk away. Has all the free weights and equipment you would need for a great full body workout.

Kinda small, not the cleanest, decent variety of equipment. Not a fan that all the ellipticals are right by the front door/reception desk, but it's better than not having any.Awesome that it's 24/7 easier to avoid the busy times. Price is right.

I recently canceled my membership here. I was a member for almost 4 years. I moved and had to changed gyms. When I went to cancel my membership I had to pay a cancellation fee. I wanted to see if he could wave the fee since I was a member for almost 4 years. I left a message for the owner to call me and no one replied. I went in there to talk to the owner and he was not there. I feel so disrespected that no one would even call me back!!!!I had to pay the cancellation fee. I would not recommend this gym due to the business etiquette I received. I am disgusted at how I was treated after so many years of membership.

Friendly staff but the gym is relatively small with limited equipment. Much of the equipment is aged, and some is in disrepair. That said, it's not difficult to manufacture a decent workout. The price is reasonable with monthly fees (including the annual fee) averaging around $40.00.

New management has no idea what's going on and hires rude kids. Machines are old and broken. Owner just replied to negative comments trying to defend himself. Scam business.

Great rates if you are in a position to purchase your membership in full. Old school vibe. Nothing flashy. Staff are friendly. Mix crowd of gym users. The gym is clean and tidy. Total recommend if you're okay with not receiving the extras you would get at other gyms that charge around $50.00 per month. Give it a shot! because you have nothing to loose.
