Moose Jaw Vacuum & Janitor Supply

Everytime you go there ,they are closed ..sign says open at 9 am but if you go at 10 am no one is there.How do you run a business if your doors are never open?

Had my beam vacuum replaced. I was so happy with the whole process! So nice to have people that have experience to deal with!

My 14 month hose purchased from Gerry Reilly was miracuously fixed ($54.95) Monday morning after Friday at 4, I was told I needed a new hose($308 total) then unpleasantly told 10 people were ahead of me. So--I phoned Saturday, I'll go elsewhere, I can't wait that long. I have a plethora of complaints. Primarily the apparent greed evolving to total lack of integrity. I bought a central vacuum from Gerry approximately 10 years ago. Service what you sell, pleasantly and respectfully. It probably is not advisable to try and hose the customer! Never again!

Unfortunately this was the rudest conversation I've ever had with someone before. If you don't have a vacuum sold by him he will not help you. Dont waste your time.
