By far the worst place I’ve had anything done at. Customer service is non existent here. Small autopac theft repair started in late July. It’s now November and no word from them on when I can expect my truck back. When either myself or my wife call these guys, we always get an excuse. Computer down, let me call you back. Never get a call back with an actual update. Going to the bbb about these guys. My advice to anyone planning on going here, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Agreed to a wheel alignment for $120, ended up making me pay $282. They have a history of agreeing to do a certain thing at a certain price and then finding ways to charge you way more without telling you. This has happened multiple times over multiple years.Avoid this place and take a 10 minute drive to Steinbach for a shop instead.

get in and have the work done. After finally getting the work done I had trouble picking up due my work hours and to their summer hours not being open Saturdays. When the work was done I was told i had an outstanding deductible from my first appointment over 6 months ago. They continued to say I had to pay until I arrived at shop and they checked papers again. Apon looking they realized I had already paid and there was no fee. This caused me extra stress and problems with getting drives for work and to get car. Can not recommend.

I have since met with Kevin Penner and he is working very hard to rectify my unfortunate experience. I am confident that things will be much better and I intend to continue to use Penney performance centre for future work. I also spoke to Wayne and assured him that things were all ok now. Even though there were some issues, they have been resolved very satisfactorily.I would like to retract my previous review and submit this one. Thanks again, Kevin and Wayne.Rick Roch

Kevin runs a good crew and is someone you can trust. You'll notice the negative reviews are all in regards to slow replies and service, they are a busy place and so yes, you can probably expect to wait longer than somewhere else, but to me its worth it when I know I can trust the work that's being done.Edit: 4 years later and I would still rather go to Kevin @ Penner Performance than anyone else.

This is in my opinion, the greatest repair shop in southern Manitoba. They've fixed mistakes that other shops have made, and the body shop is phenomenal, this is the only shop in the area that I trust with a wheel alignment, get them to do an alignment and you'll know why. Kevin is a model of a man. I honestly can't say enough good things about bluemenort's hidden Gem.

Had an appointment to get some specialty work done. Had some issues with my vehicle on the way there. Ended up being over an hour late for my appointment, and required more work done than what I booked. Long story short, they squeezed in the extra work, and didn't blink at the fact I was late. Great team there... Friendly, kind, understanding, professional, are a few words I'd use to describe.

The team at Penner took on the task of trying to straighten a bent torsion arm style suspension/axle on my 5th wheel. Pretty much everyone I had talked to said this was an impossible job. Even the folks at Penner said they could only make a small adjustment. Luckily I was only slightly out of tolerance, and after a couple of tries got me back within spec. This should save some tire wear! Many thanks to Penner Performance.

Where do I begin.... I was recommend from my good friends at KK and glad I took my BMW to these guys for an alignment. Kevin and his team went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. These guys are thorough and honest. Saved me a ton of money that they could have charged me to loosen my cam. I HIGHLY recommend to Everyone! They work on all models and makes.
