Very rarely do you find someone as responsive as JB. I exchanged emails with JB and he was able to get me in and take care of the dent on the hatch of my vehicle. Appreciate the super fast turnaround.

By far the worst body shop experience of my life. Do not take your vehicles here. I have suggested that ICBC strip them of there accreditation.When your vehicle goes in for repairs it shouldn’t leave with more damage than it went in with.Overspray all over the interior of our vehicle. Windshield, dashboard, steering wheel, navigation screen, gauge cluster, shifter, climate control knobs.Completely ruined.Their “fix” was to take it to a “detail shop” 25 kms away from the shop to clay bar our LCD touch screen and gauge cluster. Would you clay bar your TV or Laptop screen?All they did was make it worse.This is an ongoing 3 month nightmare.

Great service with very professional staff. JB took care of my car and was very communicative and helpful. Issues that arose during the repair process were dealt with professionally and with integrity. The Boyd team worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work and I appreciate that. Everything was done on time and I was provided with a clean loaner car. Would recommend this place for auto body work.

I recently used this shop to do repairs and the manager was able to help me get in quickly due to my broken glass. I had my car painted in and out in under 3 days from the time of estimate! I dont usually leave reviews like this but this time it deserves a shout out. Brought my truck in for an icbc claim. The costumer service was on point. Very professional and friendly. The repair was done faster then what was quoted. Had my hood replaced and the colour match was perfect. When I picked my truck up it looked brand new inside and out. Not only did they do an outstanding job on the repair but the truck looked like I just had it detailed. Very impressed and will definitely go back for any work I I might need in the future.Thank you !

This shop is amazing!!! After waiting four weeks for another shop to get back to me we finally had our repair order flipped to Boyd and thank God we did. We had exceptional service from start to finish! JB was awesome kept in touch and followed through on everything he said. Within a couple days of my visit my car was in the shop and a couple days later back in my possession and looking amazing! Thank you Boyd service and quality are definitely your thing! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

Left permanent, new damage on my truck. Also left new debris and yellow paint all over my vehicle.They also never completed the job and charged me full price. I had to take my vehicle to a different autobody shop

Amazing Experience!Had my back windshield smashed on my brand new car, resulting in lots of paint chips and some body damage. Within 10 minutes of calling the shop John was looking at the damage and sourcing parts. Courtesy car was surprisingly well equiped and did the job while they did the repair. Car came back cleaner then I brought it in! Would absolutely trust them with my car should i need it
