Literally the worst job I’ve ever had. I was excited that pet valu is a locally owned business but the owner and the girl below her are horrible people that make their staff cry. If you’re going to support a pet valu, don’t support this one :)

The store is always neat and tidy. They have great amount of stock. I have always been able to get my dog food. They carry some very good brands of food all reasonably priced. The staff are really helpful always ready to go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. Love the Tuesday night toe nail trimming nights too.

Worst Pet Valu pet wash in London!!! The water had no pressure behind it, the soap they had was literally just water and eucalyptus and I ended up having to wash my dog again when I got home. When I needed to use the blow dryer, I had to walk to the other side to turn it on, which scared my dog and he jumped out of the bath. Definitely never recommending this to anyone, go to the one on Huron and highbury! They have actual pet soaps that have labels to indicate what you’re using! So disappointed.
