NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Halifax

I have had to do numerous repairs over the last year: break pads and rotors, oil pan replacement, and transmission oil pan replacement. During all of my numerous visits to the store the staff have been very friendly and helpful. As much as I hate having to fix my car all the time, I appreciate the friendly professionalisim of the staff at NAPA Halifax. BRAVO ZULU.

Awesome! Ordered online, came in store to pick up. The online process gave me some errors when I was using my CAA membership, but the team handled that step in store beautifully. Got exactly what I needed; painless interaction. =)Parking lot has plenty of space, and they take credit card. Cashier was friendly, and service was quick. Happily will go back to pick up other parts/supplies for my vehicles.

Tried calling, put on hold for half an hour. I understand it's busy, but because of this, I missed out on what I wanted to purchase.

Went in to get the parts for my MVI, they had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly and engaging even though it was right before closing on a Saturday. Clean store, arrows, and hand sanitizer at the front door. Masks required.

I'm a licensed mechanic and have bought lots from NAPA halifax. Purchased a NAPA GOLD reman caliper, installed it and had a loose bleeder. Wouldn't tighten. Removed it and found no threads were tapped for the (oversized) bleeder installed. Called the store and because i don't have my original receipt they won't do a thing for me. They found me in the system, found the part I bought. Why do I need a reciept? What was the point of taking my information if you can't use it to do anything? The parts brand new still in box. Had to waste my time installing a helicoil to repair it when they should have replaced it off the bat.After spending about $800 here over the past year I feel like I'm being taken for a ride.I'll never buy another thing from any NAPA location and would warn anyone buying parts that they absolutely do not stand by the quality of their parts.

Very good people I went there today on Sunday afternoon on August 1 there were two people working the shop was busy as they getting a lots of calls but they helped me with my car parts very polite people

They where quick and knew what they where talking about. I will return to this Napa thank you guys

I may be a little biased because I worked there… but I have to say, this store really has the best staff. Having worked on the counter, I know that they truly go above and beyond for customers.
