We had the owner of the businesses on using his dad's quote form to quote a job for us then use the the company truck to pick up the project and return it not doing anything that was quoted and causing it to cost us more to fix what was already suppose to be fixed. Now we just found out today from his fathers own mouth that he lets him use his shop for side projects. So recap, fathers quote paper, fathers business truck and father's shop but the father states not his problem. So just a heads up that this is the type of man you deal with when using this company, when a job goes wrong it's pass the buck time. Where did business ethics.
